What pokemon's flame did you use?

Used Rapidsh/moltres flames. The head is uncolored since its no MADE of flame, but since it has a cloak.

The 1st one looks kind of off....

The second one is just a horrible attempt at a fusion. What is it? Some deformed thing with an over sized head?
