For some reason I can't get nincada to go shedinja. All I have to do is evolve at level 20 with an open spot right? A shedinja is not appearing for some reason. :/

You need a pokeball for him to inhabit. That wasn't the case last gen, but Game Freak decided it made no sense for Shedinja to develop his own pokeball. Even though newly-hatched Pokemon do it all the time.

So yeah...buy a pokeball and try again.

why is kabutops considered uu?
from what I've seen on the competitive pokedex, it has a decent movepool and a high attack stat. sure is usffers from the same problem as rampardos, but in a rain team, it could be a beast
 
On a Rain Dance team, Kabutops is a horror. The problem is Tyranitar. Beacuse it's so popular in OU, most people don't feel that Rain Dance teams are viable because Tyranitar can switch in and set up Sandstorm. Since Rain Dance isn't viable in OU, neither is Kabutops.

I hope this belongs here. =p

Can anyone tell me the 'optimal' way for training 5 pokemon simultaneously? I really just want to make sure I don't miss anything, in terms of items (I only know of the vitamins like iron, carbos), equipment (lucky egg?), etc. The goal is just to maximize speed of levelling, in terms of both level, and EVs.

Get Pokerus. Feed appropriate vitamins to your pokemon. Equip Power <equipment> as appropriate. Proceed to EV train completely. Then work on levels. It's generally not worth the time to go out and do both EVing and leveling at the same time, so get the EVing done 1 pokemon at a time first.
 
I was thinking about blissey. If you are going Softboiled/ST/aromatherapy or Twave, then your one spot is open for a regular attack. Usually people go with Ice beam for dragons or Thunderbolt for Gyra. Bliss should NOT be staying in on either of those. I was thinking we could put Shodow ball on our Blisseys. S.B hits those Damn gosts that like to ruin your seismic toss fun. Ghosts are the ONLY thing you shouldn't be using seismic toss on unless something is 4x weak. Opinions?
 
If you're after speed (which is important), you would want 31 in speed with everything at 30. However, why are you wanting Hidden Power [Flying] in DP?
 
Question about Best Baton passer,

I have a CELEBI as my baton passer the skills are
236 hp,252 S.def, 22 def
Calm/Leftovers
-baton pass
-sword dance
-leech seed
-recover

I need a slow tankable baton passer so my scarfed garchomp or strong phyical sweeper can be free from damage, i have FORRETRESS as my phyical wall, spinner, stealth rock+spikes, so it seem celebi best s.def wall with baton+sword dance

anyone else recommend a bettter pokemon?
 
Random thought that's been bugging me for awhile.

If a Paraylzed Pokemon uses Pursuit against a switcher, does it always work or is there still a chance for it to be fully paraylzed? And when would the message show?
 
Is it possible to change the display name/nick ?
If so, how ??
If not, how do many people have spaces in their names as I'm not able to create an account name with spaces??
 
Where are you guys getting those avatars that look like two pokemon fused together?

Not quite Pokemon related, but it is a simple question with maybe a simple answer >_>
