D - It looks cute for a pseudo, and that's pretty interesting, but GOD I HATE PLAYING AGAINST THIS MON. It has too much coverage and too many sets and it always comes up with some bullshit to catch you out.
D - Looks pretty sure, but nothing else really stands out.
D - Looks cool sure, but just like with Articuno, that's about it. Also it looks like its made of cardboard. Also it's annoying to fight against.
E - Doesn't look cool or pretty, it just looks lame, like a rubber chicken on fire. It's not even good either, and I'd rather use something else in NDOU (like Heatran or Zapdos).
B - It's Mewtwo, can't really hate it, and it does look cool and powerful, but I don't have any major reasons to like it.
C - It doesn't LOOK bad, but I don't know why it exists. Like why did GameFreak even make it, especially when Mewtwo's movepool is mostly Special moves anyways (they didn't even give the poor sucker Work Up what am I supposed to do).
B - It's just Mewtwo but smaller.
C - It's cute.
B - It's cool, scary and strong both in terms of playing and just looks.
A - It's just Tyranitar but better.
C - It's a sabretooth!
B - It looks prestigious in a way and I think that makes it look way cooler than Raikou, which looks a bit... feral to me.
B - Basically the same reason as Entei. But blue.
D - I don't like its wings. They look like hands. That's weird.
A - How can you hate Ho-Oh? Take everything I said about Entei and turn it up to 11, especially since using this guy feels great (it always does something in NDUbers).
D - Onion head.
B - Its scary not gonna lie. The main thing pushing it back is it's weird official artwork, since I never know where its mouth is, and it always looks like its smiling which is odd.
A - It floating solves the smiling issue since I'm no longer looking down at it, and its still scary because its flying AND has 4 arms to smack you with.
C - It's fine... although it's wings look too small for it to be able to fly, according to all known laws of aviation.
A - It actually looks like it'd be able to glide at the very least, and the new shadowed body makes it look WAY more intimidating than it did before with that massive croissant on its back.
D - It's a rock!
C - It's an ice crystal! Which is definitely cooler than a rock.
C - It's a iron golem! Which is quite metal... not really actually that joke sucked. But yeah the Regis are just whatever, like they're ominous but that's about it.
C - I like jets, although I wish there was just a bit more to them, they look a bit too plain.
C - Basically the same thing as Latias. They're not bad, they're neat, but if they had a Mega that would hype them up a bit more that would be nice.
D - Nevermind, let's make them more identical to each other.
D - ^
A - Grand, powerful, ground dinosaur. It's obviously going to be great.
S - The GOAT of NDUbers and basically Mega Groudon. And it's on lava!
B - I always thought it floating looks goofy, and that's probably why it's B Tier and not A. It's design looks fine, but compared to smaller fish, it looks too big to be floating, but not big enough unlike Wishwashi-Schooling or Wailord to feel grand in design. Also the 2D Sprites have it facing downwards which also looks a bit silly.
A - The colours on it are absolutely gorgeous.
B - It feels too... modern. Especially for a prehistoric dragon. It's too sleek and streamlined, and while it may look cool, I don't think it fully suits it compared to Groudon and Kyogre which feel older and more ancient. It definitely doesn't FEEL big either, not with those doinky arms.
A - It solves basically most of Rayquaza's issues, especially the modern design element (the ribbons carry) but the fact that its a Mega and not the base forme holds it back from S.
B - It's cute! And unlike Mew it actually has a bit more going for it rather than just being pink.
D - Underwhelming and completely irrelevant compared to Deoxys-A. I always found it weird why they didn't just give it 100/100/100/100/100/100 stats since it's the NORMAL forme and not super-specialised like the other formes are, instead making it quite literally a worse version of itself.
B - All the reasons why Rayquaza wasn't A Tier is what makes this forme so good. Although I really don't like fighting it and using it feels like a hassle as well.
D - Nice Winter coat.
A - I love how this version includes more grey than the others, makes it stand out more, especially since it's design looks fire, and its role is fire too.
A - Unlike other simple designs, this one makes it clear what it wants to be - fearsome.
B - It takes the fearsome element too far and now it looks too cartoony with the excess Spikes and that fucking chin.
D - I mean its fine but whatever.

S - Somehow intimidating, mighty, beautiful and even cute all at once. It's a banger no matter where it goes, especially in spinoffs, and is extremely underrated in NDUbers.
A - Too much blue.
B - Looks a bit too dopey, although it still is interesting.
B - Makes it even more interesting, but I'm not fond of gambling.
B - Fire frog is always nice. Very humble Pokemon, not too crazy while still being enjoyable to look at and use.
C - It's fine, but because I'm not too fond of the other Regis (except one) this guy isn't my cup of tea.
C - The other forme is better, although even then, this one is not only a Stall mon (ew) but just looks slow and clunky, even compared to the other two.
A - The bulky offense king.
D - Trick Room? Not in my tier!
D - Who genuinely cares.

A - This guy was an asshole in NDOU but still peak design.
D - Cute.
D - Ok now it just looks weird. Also it sucks to play against even if it doesn't do any damage.
S - Ok my opinion changes depending on the forme but in general its goated. It obviously looks divine while not being extremely over the top which I think is awesome.
A - Cute and cool at the same time, I love clicking V-Create and its underrated in NDOU
C - Its just whatever, its a fine design just wish they'd made it better in every other aspect
B - God I wish he was good competitively
