As we come around to a tera blast ban potential suspect after the ban chain gets repeatedly shur down, we get a bread and circus show to halt the actual progress we could have made with TB ban. Killing time with this show and an unserious palafin test just to then resume business as usual with a third kyurem test once palafin test almost certainly fails. No one sees this big smogon plot for what it is. They came up with this because site owners won't allow generational mechanic to be touched.

I wouldn't say it's here to stay forever, but it's survived two suspect tests in DLC2, and it's hard to imagine tiering administration allowing a third without either significant time passing or a major shakeup to the tier. Even factoring in that the second test failed due to a genuine conspiracy, and only fell one vote shy even so, repeatedly testing an element until the vote goes the "right" way undermines the value of suspect testing system - if the results don't actually matter, why bother with it? - and looks terrible to the non-Smogon Pokemon community, thereby pushing players away from joining Smogon and getting involved.
Unless either Tera Blast is suspected and removed (which weakens Kyurem's physical sets quite a bit, and likely lessens support for a ban) or something drops from Ubers (Palafin has the most open support, but others are possible), I'd expect Kyurem to be tested again around spring.
Note: while NatDex did test Terastalization three times, it did so in three different metas (pre-Home, DLC1, DLC2, I think it was?) and so isn't a good comparison.
Yeah, there are way cooler Ubers to look at. Chien Pao got like 8 mentions in the last Cypher so he deserves it more
