I would be utterly stunned if the witch is able to redirect someone to target themself at all, but even if they could their action would surely fail if it's not a doctor or an arsonist using the clean action so roxie wouldn't visit themself.I have a crackpot theory actually
Tell me if this is stupid or disproven somehow
Nobody claimed witched day 1, this means that either an evil was witched and didn't claim it or Roxie was witched and died.
If we consider the world where Roxie was witched n1, they could be any visiting role and don't have to be doctor
I think this opens up several possibilities but the one on my mind is this:
Roxie was Archer. We know DBD, Alice, and Roxie all visited the same target so that would result in no Archer kill. Celever and Lechen are BOTH fakeclaiming TK because they know that no matter what one of them is going to be cleared when the other flips evil, because there has to be a TK
This explains why both Lechen and Celever seem to have results that have direct contradictions with the other actions
two different players in the witch's action* for question 1 endI would be utterly stunned if the witch is able to redirect someone to target themself at all, but even if they could their action would surely fail if it's not a doctor or an arsonist using the clean action so roxie wouldn't visit themself.
Ehmcee
1) can the witch submit an action that would force a player to target themself, or does it have to be two different actions
2) if the answer to the above question is yes, would an action that cannot usually target itself visit itself if it were controlled by the witch
Roxie was transed into the kill which means they would've been transed into the witching as wellI would be utterly stunned if the witch is able to redirect someone to target themself at all, but even if they could their action would surely fail if it's not a doctor or an arsonist using the clean action so roxie wouldn't visit themself.
I guess that's trueRoxie was transed into the kill which means they would've been transed into the witching as well
wait that's actually true as a totally separate thing altogetherFwiw that scenario could result in Roxie being mafia too
Des's trans was AirC and Ecat, meaning that if AirC was witched (and forgot to claim it) that would mean the witch initially targeted a transporter which doesn't really make senseI guess that's true
we also don't have a witch claim on N3 I'm currently running under the assumption AirC was witched and just forgot to claim it though lol. we know that des wasn't because her transport still provably fired where it should've (iirc, I looked at this earlier) and I don't think mafia actually have reason to fakeclaim being witched unless maybe the kill carrier?

eh true, but we still had 3 alive transporters at this time and ECat was nommed by Hydro as his second in command, a witch could do that just to be goofy under the assumption that ECat gets transported lolDes's trans was AirC and Ecat, meaning that if AirC was witched (and forgot to claim it) that would mean the witch initially targeted a transporter which doesn't really make sense
Fair enough it would be kinda crazy but I can see the logiceh true, but we still had 3 alive transporters at this time and ECat was nommed by Hydro as his second in command, a witch could do that just to be goofy under the assumption that ECat gets transported lol
Yeah this is actually pretty fair if only one person claimed TK they'd probably be hard cleared at this point even if Roxie really was TKlets be honest, in this universe if there were only one town killing claim everyone would've forgot about Roxie or not considered that possibility for like the entire game lol
you've only come up with the theory because it's a point of friction between alive players, it's p abysmal strategy not to try and just full send the towncred on one individual player
why did you idle all game instead of trying to produce the flavourbut why would i claim tk if there is flavoured kills
Because if i misshoot i can kill town/not be able to kill in futurewhy did you idle all game instead of trying to produce the flavour
well you only have to do it once to prove yourself and you've still got a holstered shotBecause if i misshoot i can kill town/not be able to kill in future
If i misshoot i lose both shotswell you only have to do it once to prove yourself and you've still got a holstered shot
ik how it is to want to holster shots, me and Hydro planned the assassination of AirC together (except he wouldn't tell me who I was tryna kill, and I also requested specifically not AirC LMFAO) so it's weird that you never tried to? just get Hydro to get no one to target the member of the PoE you're trying to shoot and then you're only shooting the intended target or someone who betrayed town orders and is probably scum
