I believe the Pokemon has to actually take damage in order for Counter to work, but if the substitute takes damage, the Pokemon does not take damage, thus Counter will fail. See the wall of text that is the Substitute move description.
You might want a Special attacker on that team. You have only Heatran as a special attacker.
The Toxic Orb poisons the holder after the first move is made. That's why some people use Protect on the first turn when using Toxic Orb Breloom.
To be completely accurate, it activates at the end of the round if the Pokémon is on the field and doesn't have a permanent status condition already. So if you were to switch to a Pokémon with a Toxic Orb, the Pokémon gets poisoned at the end of that round. It doesn't have to act to activate the orb.
How exactly do I breed for IVs? Just start by breeding any 'ol Pokemon (Or Catching) and check it's IVs in an IV battle, then use it as mother or father and keep breeding?

340? As far as I know, it's impossible to get close to 340 without a boosting nature, and even then only 339 or 341 is possible.
That said, in that case standard Blissey (148 HP EVs) will survive 2 Aura Spheres more often than not (EDIT: If my math is right, it's not even a 25% chance of KO) if she has Leftovers, but only if Lucario has Choice Specs.
Formula for Return's Base Power
As for finding out happiness, well, I can't exactly remember, but you have to go to someone who will tell you how much your Pokemon likes you. If the Pokemon "can't possibly love you anymore," its happiness is maxed out and the power of its Return would be maxed out at 102.
When you migrate a meowth with swift and then you evolve it, does its ability become technician all the time?

My opponent is using a Toxicroak (unknown nature), which caps at 295 speed* edit: he has Leftovers attached, even though Sub + Stone edge should tip you off that he's not Scarfing. He gets off Stone Edges and Substitutes on my before I can attack.
Does Iron Ball override Klutz or is my opponent a mean cheatar?
