Where Do You Shop For Clothes? and more clothes related questions!

Personally, I like Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle for casual stuff. But if I want to get dressy for school I go to Banana Republic or something. XD

I like wearing skinny jeans and average tanktops. I love Jimmy Choos, too... Right now I like wearing short short/skirts since its like 100 degrees...

What do you guys wear/buy your clothes?

Uh...I'm not into fashion or designer stuff or whatever, so I just usually buy random stuff at Target, lol. I do like my video gaming shirts though.

can't help but lose faith in humanity when I see people wearing bullshit $80 american eagle pre ripped jeans with retarded belt buckles. that shit's retarded.

but I'm a man, my mom buys my clothes at old navy and winners, then maybe once a year I'll go out and buy a shitload of skate shirts. I tend to spend ridiculous amounts of money on shoes however...

I generally by my clothes from General Pants Co. although I can assume most of you don't know what that is..

General Pants, Jay Jays (not too often) and Surf Dive 'n' Ski (I work there, so I can get free stuff). They're all Australian so I doubt anyone buys from 'em.

'Cept Junior. Good on ya, Junior. :D

Tatters, good uptown Ragstocks, other assorted vintage stores.

When they have sales I browse through Metro Park and Hot Topic. The Rail has the coolest $10 sunglasses ever, and if you manage to snag a $300 dollar pair of jeans on clearance for $75 or w/e Nordstrom's will do your tailoring free which is awesome.

Most of the coolest stuff in my wardrobe is secondhand though (i.e. WW2-era air force jacket). God clothes are awesome.

The thrift shop is very underrated. D: I had this awesome "Dodge brand" (you know, the car company) shirt that got me famous at my school. lol I guess I'll have to see if I can dig up the shirt...

Meh, most of my shirts are random skating shirts, even though I don't skate. I guess they're pretty casual. Pants are usually Dickies.

Edit: Booyah, got a pic of the shirt, I'll link since the pic is probably pretty big.

How can you say that's not fucking awesome?

The Warehouse and Farmers.

You dont have those in america, but suffice it to say I dont spend a great deal on clothing..

Have a nice day.

I used to wear alot of sports clothes to suit my style of training for Football. That means that I would go to the most popular, JJB Sports, where I'd grab a Nike T-Shirt, Addidas / Nike Trousers and Reebok trainers often.

When I'm wanting something more casual for going out to the Pub in (when I haven't played Football previously), my Mom or some relative would buy me a pair of Jeans and a more casual T-Shirt that I would wear to do so. I don't particulary go out my way to buy trendy, up to date clothes as I can't get any motivation to do such.

Burton, H&M, Sportsworld, JJB mainly. But I get random clothes from other places sometimes too. Oh yeah, topman too

I don't know any good stores for shopping--my mom does all the shopping for me. And technically, I steal from her closet. xD If I actually had my own (usable) money, I'd still shop anywhere that had good prices and comfy clothes. Or I'd shop for cloth and attempt to sew my own clothes, because stores generally have nothing that I'd like.

I like wearing black. Black black black black black with maybe a dash of color...but black, though I also adore army and cargo pants, and jeans that aren't those retarded low-waist things...I hate revealing my underwear in public.

Old Navy jeans, concert t-shirts, but only when $20 or under for either, because I am not a spoiled brat. Buying anything at Abercrombie and Fitch in particular is egregious.

I don't actually know. Cheap shitty places usually.
I don't ever wear anything but long sleeved shirts and full length trousers..

I actually care about what I wear a lot, always gotta look good when you go out. Ive got a lot of influences on me, especially being in a place as multicultural as Toronto. The final product comes out as a clash of indie meets preppy meets gino (im italian heh!).

I do wear american eagle, hollister, aeropostale etc, but not really the standard kinda polo shit everyone wears. I search for the cooler stuff they have and dont really just buy it for the name, they actually look good. Thats the preppy part i guess. The indie part is usually the shoes (brown/black adidas superstars 3!!) and I often do the collared button down shirt/pullover look. I have tons of awesome casual dress shirts, from like H&M, Mexx etc. Also everything is tight!! (not half as tight as glen though). The gino part is like my hair and the necklace and belt I wear.

haha i doubt anyone will actually read that, but how you look is very important, whether you want to think so or not.

Wherever the hell around me is the cheapest, really.

But the coat I wear came from some thrift store. It's a trenchcoat from the Korean War. You can find really great coats etc. from those places, and for prices that are actually agreeable.

You're thinking of Abercrombie. AE has jeans for like 30 dollars.

I shop mostly at Kohl's. Everything is about 10 dollars (or less). But I hardly shop for my clothing. I accept hand-me-down pants from tall girls I know, and shirts that my friends shrink on accident. Other than that most of my clothes are ancient and I purchased either in High School, or were handed down to me by my late Grandfather who had an excellent selection of dress shirts.

Before you ask, I'm a guy. I wear girls pants because they're HOT, and I wear tight Tees for the same reason.

I shop only at American Eagle... I can't find any other stuff I like ><

@Duckster- I'm offended, you're thinking of Abercrombie, American Eagle's stuff doesn't go over like $50.00 and that's for the best stuff like swearshirts. Abercrombies regular Tee's over $40 iirc... THAT'S retarded.

i shop at Hollister and AE, but mainkly Hollister Abrecrombie & Fitch is way to expensive for me atm but i do have plos and tees from there.

We dress alike, except you're a bit more into it.

EDIT: to be more specific I'm more into the t-shirts they sell at AE or Abercrombie with the zip up hoodies they have. I like tight jeans.

I'm pretty into fashion so I get most of stuff at various spots in NYC.

Some favorites:

APC
Blue in greene
American Apparel
Urban outfitters
Engineered Garments

Stuff like that plus H & M specifically for their slim fit dress shirts that fit like nothing else under 100 dollars.

Pm me if you want to talk about fashion or Japanese denim or Common Projects shoes o something.
