Lets say I catch I pokemon in Ruby, and trade it to Firered. Then I migrate it to Diamond. Will my game say it's from Hoenn, or Kanto?

It's were it was originally caught, so that's what it says (I've tested it out).

My EV training has ground to a halt because of the power items.
I saved up loads of BP in the battle tower, then I spent it on each power item for some serious EV training. I am confused at the speed power item, the power anklet. Its description is: "A Pokemon hold item that promotes speed gain on leveling, but reduces speed." WTF?? Does it reduce speed when leveling, or does it reduce speed while the Pokemon is holding it? All the other power items say the same thing E.G: Promotes attack but reduces speed.
What I want to know is: Does it reduce speed while leveling up, or does it reduce speed while it is being held? This goes for all power items, especially power anklet.

The speed of your Poke is being reduced, not the Evs.
Basically, it reduces your Poke's speed whilst being held.
It just makes the holder slower, that's all. No effect on EVs at all. The speed goes back to normal once the item is taken off. All the power items + macho brace work this way.

Yeah, most cloners just keep a copy of whatever it is they are cloning as a fee. If someone wants a different Pokemon or item to the one being cloned, don't use them unless they are trustworthy, since they will probably keep a copy of the Pokemon AND whatever else they are charging you.
Check the stickied "Smogon Services" thread in the wifi section for a list of good cloners.
Can somebody explain to me how you soft reset in emerald? Do you save before you see the egg? agh please explain the steps I deleted the PM that told me how
