Why do people bother to breed in Emerald? I've tried doing it several times, but the man keeps saying that the parents don't seem to get along. They still produce eggs, but it's once in...ages 0_o
Battle Frontier Move Tutor techniques. Elemental Punches, Counter, Seismic Toss, etc. that can't be passed as Egg moves for some Pokemon.

Yeah. If they have different Trainer IDs they'll like each other more.

But, since you're breeding a genderless Pokemon, it'll just be hard to get eggs.

I notice a lot of people offering trades seem to have monsters with ideal natures, perfect Hidden Power, and almost max IVs for every stat. Are these actually possible to obtain or is it just fancy AR coding?

they are very much possible, it just takes time.

the thing is that very often a breeder will have codes that make the eggs hatch immediately or enables you to check for IVs immediately, I don;t think they're considered illegal or anything, but it kind of destroys wifi competition with all the people without an AR

I have a question about Sharpedo's Rough Skin. If Sharpedo is attacked and OHKO'ed, does the attacker still get hit with Rough Skin's recoil?

If I breed a female Wob w/ Everstone (for nature) and a male Wob w/ Lax Incense, will I get a Wynaut? Or does that only works on females w/ Lax Incense?

I'm a bit confused 'cause different guides are saying different things...

LegendTamer, I'm 99% sure it does.

Also, is there any pokemon that can counter Garchomp and Magnezone (I don't care much if it's gimmicky, as long as it works!)

Don't worry. Some of us with ARs have wonky moral principles that don't allow us to use those codes, and take a few weeks to breed a good one. *raises hand, Lileep, and a Shellder*

Cloning with PokeSav alters the hex code of a Pokemon right?
Yes unless you actually have the .pkm of the pokemon which, would mean you have an R4 which has AR functionality. In that case, why would you bother using pokesav to clone since AR cloning is way faster?

I don't see how people could call what they do with pokesav "cloning" seeing as they aren't making a copy of a pokemon, they're just making a hacked pokemon with the same stats.

I need a little help here.
I want to know what if the safest way to nickname a pokemon that it is not your OT (safe as in it won't make your poke hacked).
Should I just change my OT using pokesav and rename and go with the name rater? or is there an AR code that will let me do it without changing my OT? If I change my OT, is it safe to go back to my old OT with the same save file or should I keep a copy of the old one?

can someone please help me with an EV spread for this MixZard a friend bred? I used to have a spread in mind (Munje gave me it), but I forgot to write it down, and he forgot as well. Please, if you can help me, either pm me or post or something! Thanks in advance =)

Hidden Power Electric 70

~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Hidden Power Electric 70
~ Fire Blast / Earthquake

Wow, just wow... Another fantastic breed by Xonmeän, who was nice enough to simply ask for a project (BFF's fosho!). And so here is my greatest idea yet: MixZard! Mild nature so Hidden Power Electric gets extra juice against those Bulky waters that are bound to come in and expect to wall you. Plus, you'll surprise many Blissey switch ins when you Dragon Dance, then your opponent switches out to a quick bulky (physical counter) water type, then you nail them with HP Electric! Outrage is there for the Dragon Switch ins which are bound to happen, hoping Charizard is limited to only moves that are neutral to them at best. Fire Blast for the extra power because of the Mild nature, which will literally tear all kinds of shit up, especially if Charizard's ability Blaze is in effect. Earthquake is also an option if you'ld rather prefer a more physical move for the last slot to take more advantage of Dragon Dance.

Here's Munje Synopsis on this MixZard

Quote:
Intended Moveset: Dragon Dance, Outrage, Earthquake, Overheat/Hidden Power Electric 70

The basic idea of this is deadly...The ev spread on this is special; with it you can outspeed everything except electrode, ninjask, and deoxys-speed, with just one, yep just one dragon dance. With full evs in special attack this will be truly mixed, then the rest in attack so you will give fucking powerful blows after one or more dragon dances. Earthquake is there for such common enimies, such as heatran and most electric types which would normally blow the shit out of you with thunderbolt or in heatran's case, hidden power electric. Outrage are for those nasty dragons or basically any pokemon in general since this is a advantage with a tiny dragon dance. Now for the last spot...Probally the most imporant spot, you can either put overheat, since you have no other special attack moves, fuck it and lets use this powerful attack which is 210 after stab, you can blow away scizor and forretress like nothing, not to mention that prick skarmory, even if they switch in anything with flash fire such as ninetails and heatran with one dragon dance they will be outspeed and OHKO'd with earthquake. You can alternatly switch overheat with hidden power electric which is the best hidden power choice in charizards case, you can just slaughter on your water counters such as suicune, milotic and aerodactyl. I really recommend a rapid spinner if you're using this on your team because stealth rock does nearly 50% damage to charizards hit points, pokemon like this are the key to the game, if you lose this it is possible to lose the game, even if you have to sacrifice a pokemon do so unless it is more important in your opinon. Damage calculations commin soon....
