1) I want to use the second set on smogon with Garchomp. Which move should I replace for Sandstorm?

2) Which is better Lax Incense, or brightpowder?
 
Is there any viability in a max Speed Jolly Heracross? I know Miltonic's Heracross is EVed that way, and I'm wondering if it's worth it to re-EV it to a lower speed. Any answers would be appreciated. =)

The chances of you finding flawless parents alone is slim, but breeding them? It'd still take you weeks, maybe even months to do.

@shadowbulba, if you want to use Sandstorm on Garchomp, have it replace Fire Fang. Garchomp has great STAB in Dragon and Ground, making it unwise to get rid of one of them.

@Frokko, having your HP IV as 29 reduces the amount of Life Orb recoil by one.
 
But why is 29 the magic number on Life Orb hp Iv's?
I don't get it, because... pokes have different base Hp and so.
 
@TheChuff, you mean Pokemon have two types that are both weak to Water, correct? In that case according to the Tier List, no, there aren't.

EDIT: Let's say I have two Pokemon, one who has a total of 300 Hit Points with a 31 IV, and the a Pokemon with 298 Hit Points and a 29 HP IV. The 300 HP one loses 30 HP every time it attacks, while the 298 one loses 29 HP. Here's a list of what the HP comes out to be after each attack.

270-269
240-240
210-211

And so on. Over time, Life Orb recoil will slowly do more if your IV is 31 than if it is 29. That's why its a magic number.

There's no Fire Fang on the second set though.

@shadowbulba, my mistake. Anyway, Sandstorm should replace Earthquake, leaving Dragon Claw as your only attacking option. Dragon Claw only has one resist, while Earthquake has two resists, a type that is immune, and an ability which makes the Pokemon immune. Basically, Dragon Claw will have a better time sweeping in the end.

@Pokerade, my guess is that as long as you aren't cursing anyone out, it's fine. Colin probably banned you because there might be people who are offended by the word 'Abomagay'.

Question: What is the set for a Zap Cannon Forretress?
 
Say, Fred has 999 Master Balls as a result of using AR.
He uses these Master Balls to capture some Pokemon.
Are these Pokemon considered legal?
 
Is the attribute # of the pokemon always a set number of numbers? I thought it was always 9 but with the fast breed code i have been using its been kind of random
 
Could someone please post Jumpman's team because I wanted to use it to get the black card and to see what a winning battle tower team is like. Thanks:)
