Do any Pokemon available in Gen3 competitively benefit from having XD Move Tutor moves, aside from SD Snorlax/Mewtwo?
I meant tutored moves, not purification moves...Zapdos gets Baton Pass, and he's a pretty good AgiliPasser. Works well for BP teams in 3rd Generation.
Worst: not sure but who caresWhat is the worst, good HP Power?
I'm trying to get a good HP Ice on my Jolteon...![]()

Yes. No.can anybody answer my question xD?
the ability sinchronize works vs all the regis in the emerald?

Best: 70. Anything under 60 is generally considered bad.
So 60+ is respectable? But note that a good Hidden Power for Pokemon with Technician is 59 Base Power. I know 60 is better in power but 59 gives you a few more points in Speed which is important for fragile sweepers.

Okay thanks for the help.No for things without Technician 65+ is better.
Those who know won't teach you because that information is better if few people have it, otherwise there would be many cheaters making undetectable hacks. If you really wanna learn you will have to look for the info yourself, read a lot of forums, research with pokesav or whatever.I just want to know if anybody knows how to hack check pokemon that i got in a trade. If you do please tell me how to do that because i have some pokemon that i want to know if they are hacked and i don't know how to check if they are hacked. The reason why i don't want to ask anybody if they can hack check the pokemon for me is because i have over 96 pokemon that i want to check and i don't think anyone would want to check them all for me. Thanks to whoever answers this.
It's the forum owner's sense of humor, or maybe the forum software thinks that all the pokemon fans are fat :POkay thanks for the help.

By the way, why does the quote say "Originally Posted by Fat -insert name here-"?
Does anyone know how to change the EVs given for a vitamin with an action replay so I can fully ev train a pokemon at level 1
You will want these IVs or something close to this:I decided to go for a higher HP Ice power for my Jolteon. Here are the details:
I want:
`Perfect Speed
`Perfect Special Attack
`HP Ice 65+
What is the most effective way to get this done?
Are you running any other residual damage with that Torterra? (Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sandstorm) If so, the first might be better.
