Do any Pokemon available in Gen3 competitively benefit from having XD Move Tutor moves, aside from SD Snorlax/Mewtwo?

I'm not entirely sure, but wasn't KeWi a member accused of hacking who was banned and then made multiple accounts. Maybe it is one of the clone accounts. Don't trust my information though, I'm not at all certain.

What is the worst, good HP Power?

I'm trying to get a good HP Ice on my Jolteon...

Recent HP Powers:
`HP Ice 48

But note that a good Hidden Power for Pokemon with Technician is 59 Base Power. I know 60 is better in power but 59 gives you a few more points in Speed which is important for fragile sweepers.

Another way to think about it is that Hidden Powers are usually used because either they form an important part of a combo (Dark+Fighting, as an example) or more commonly because they can get in type coverage. Now a 48 Base Hidden Power is mostly going to be used on Dragons where it is 4x effective. Against something like Salamence it only hits with about 50 more Base Power than a simple Stab Thunderbolt. I know that 50 Base Power is a lot, but for a 4x attack compared to a neutral STAB that's pretty bad. You only really get a significant boost in power from using HP over a STAB attack when your Base Power is in the 60s.

I just want to know if anybody knows how to hack check pokemon that i got in a trade. If you do please tell me how to do that because i have some pokemon that i want to know if they are hacked and i don't know how to check if they are hacked. The reason why i don't want to ask anybody if they can hack check the pokemon for me is because i have over 96 pokemon that i want to check and i don't think anyone would want to check them all for me. Thanks to whoever answers this.

Does anyone know how to change the EVs given for a vitamin with an action replay so I can fully ev train a pokemon at level 1

I decided to go for a higher HP Ice power for my Jolteon. Here are the details:

I want:
`Perfect Speed
`Perfect Special Attack
`HP Ice 65+

What is the most effective way to get this done?

Those who know won't teach you because that information is better if few people have it, otherwise there would be many cheaters making undetectable hacks. If you really wanna learn you will have to look for the info yourself, read a lot of forums, research with pokesav or whatever.
Do that or don't trade with people you don't trust.

Okay thanks for the help.

By the way, why does the quote say "Originally Posted by Fat -insert name here-"?
It's the forum owner's sense of humor, or maybe the forum software thinks that all the pokemon fans are fat :P

Search the gamespot forums, they have an entire thread of AR codes for almost everything. Google is your friend.

You will want these IVs or something close to this:
30/31/30/31/31/31 or
31/30/30/31/31/31 or
30/30/30/31/31/31

Read this for a better explanation, you don't need perfect IVs so you can substract 4 IVs as many times as needed from the stat you don't need.

Are you running any other residual damage with that Torterra? (Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Sandstorm) If so, the first might be better.

SR will most likely be up, its just so hard to pass up his dual stab in Wood Hammer + EQ, you HAVE to give one up for the sake of coverage.

And with the 4x ice weakness, leech seed and recoil from WH, I can see protect coming in handy. Bleh, its just so hard to give up a stabbed earthquake
