[This moveset can really annoy the opponent. Set up Leech Seed, Aromatherapy if need be, and then Rest off the damage. Switch Shemi out after Rest, and Natural Cure fixes it up :)]

Explain me the Thief, please ( u wont steal, and Crunch > Thief for killing hypnos )

Do you even understand the difference between the tiers? How is one stupid for using BL's in the OU environment? Learn your tiers before you made a ridiculous comment like that.
 
Just to ask, how do you deal with Cresselia/Dusknoir (to a lesser extent)? Manectric and Roserade hold the only moves capable of damaging them super effectively and yet they aren't the best Pokemon to take on a Cresselia.
 
Even UUs can compete in OU, clearly. This team looks pretty good but I think Manectric would rather have Sub seeing as this is for OU where Grumpig/Hypnos are uncommon. Also I would do HP Ice>Grass for dragons who are a lot more common than Swampert/Rhyperior now. Substitute+Petaya Berry is a great combo.

IMO too many grass types, meaning Scarf Heatran won't have any problem going through your team, with the exception of Hypno, who isn't even running Wish for some reason...

Wish>Light Screen, easily. Maybe even Protect over Psychic, seeing as you aren't hitting things hard with it and Gengar will rape you anyways.
 
GEC - That's why I want your help :p

Blasphemy - The thing with Wish on Hypno is that I can't get it except a NYPC Drowzee. And they're not very easy to find, not thinking about finding the correct nature.
 
Brick Break over Hi Jump Kick on Medicham, because Ghosts generally switch into it, and the recoil will own you. Consider Energy Ball over Seed Flare on Shaymin, sure, it has less attack power. But the problem with Seed Flare is that every time you use it you're like "please don't miss. please don't miss. please don't miss." and then if it does, it can possibley ruin you. plus it only has 5 pp, 8 max. and 16pp > 8pp. along with the fact that Energy Ball does more damage per 2 uses than Seed Flare has every use. 80 x 2 = 160, 160 > 120. But that's just my opinion. otherwise your team is great.
 
I think seed flare on shaymin is fine, as it's one of the reasons you'd use the poke in the first place. *I can see where LatiosUnit is going though*

Also, Manectric might be better off with charge beam, rather than crunch, as even with Life Orb, manectric doesn't pack that much of a punch... with crunch... *
 
Made some changes, according to GEC's, blasphemy's and sword's comments, take a look.

Absol doesn't get Levitate... Also Choice Scarf Absol can catch people off gaurd so you may like using it.
 
Well, Absol Cant take Dusknoir.... Sucker punch? who will try to attack an Absol with Dusknoir? Night Slash-Sucker Punch-X Scizor-SD Seems Better, with LO or Scarf/Band ( in choice case, no SD and yes FB)

-> Cham + MAnec = SkarmZong End...
