Why propose a set when you aren't certain about even one of the moves

It works no matter which of the moves you use, it's just up to preference. The choice of Moonlight/Softboiled depends on the team you want to put Clefable in. Charm, Reflect, and Light Screen are different defensive options that you can choose from based upon your team. Fire Blast, Psychic, and Shadow Ball are different attacking options that you can choose. Metronome could be used because of its ability to be any move, but Psychic or Shadow Ball (the one you didn't pick earlier) can be used instead if you don't want the risk. So basically, you pick which moves you want based on the rest of your team, but it works no matter which ones you use.

So basically the set has no real premise to it, just attack and softboil and choose two or three moves. That's not creative nor pratical.

Choosing metronome must be the biggest waste of a slot on something with a movepool as large as clefable. You are more likely to get moves like pound instead of a decent move and in all probability Clefable already learns that move.

It does have a premise. Clefable walls whichever defensive stat you want with Reflect/Light Screen and 252 IVs in that defensive stat. Other than that, use whichever recovery fits in with your team (Moonlight unless you use Rain/Hail/Sandstorm) and attack with the Special attacks you chose (which Special attacks you choose is up to preference; all the ones I listed are effective).

Pokemon: Cresselia
Name: Cresselia stalling
Move 1: Reflect
Move 2: Ice Beam
Move 3: Calm Mind
Move 4: Rest
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
EV's: 252 Hp/ 108 Def/ 148 SpD

This is a set that I have been using a long time which works really good when it is used on a stall team. Rest is also better than moonlight in a sand stream. It helps the team, and can sweep in the end. You also don't have to worry about status.

I'm not sure if this set is completely original, but I have been having some success with it:

Regigigas @ Leftovers
Slow Start
Calm, 252 HP / 158 Sp. Attack / 100 Sp. Defense
Confuse Ray
Toxic
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast

It 2HKO's TTar, and with SR support, OHKO's Gyara.

Tyranitar @ Life Orb
Ability: Sandstream
EVs: 252 Atk / 180 SpA / 76 Spe
Lonley nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Fire Blast / Flamethrower

MixTar that can take out Swampert. Can be used as an Agility receiver, wallbreaker, or just a niche on teams who have a situation like this: you have a Pokémon like CMJirachi who you want to set up, but Swampert and Bronzong are two big obsticles in your way with Earthquake. So you use this Tyranitar. Bronzong or Swampert switch in and get waxed by Fire Blast and Hidden Power [Grass] respectively. Both will die assuming they first switch into Crunch. Speed get you past Skarmory.

Sad to say I haven't tested this set out yet, as Shoddy's servers don't load for my computer and I've never seen a Lonely Tyranitar with Hidden Power [Grass] on Wi-Fi.

I'd take EV's out of SpAtk and into Spd, you don't need that much to gaurantee the 2HKO on Zong, unless you are hoping for the OHKO on Skarm before it can Fireblast? Because thats what 180 SpAtk hits

What would more speed help with? You can't touch Suicune to begin with really, so the only thing you really should aim on outrunning is Skarmory. I'd rather keep the firepower and the low speed. You can also run the same set with Brave, giving you even more power with 252 Atk / 232 SpA / 24 Spe, but I'd rather outrun CBPert. There really is no need for more Speed.

252 Atk / 60 SpAtk / 196 Spd

You can set the Speed to 196 EV's (207 Spd) to outrun min Speed Cress and still gauranteed to kill Swampert with Crunch + HP Grass, you are still guaranteed 2Hko on Skarm and OHKO with SR out, and Crunch is a guaranteed 2HKO on Sassy Lum Berry Bronzong without SR up (SR guarantees OHKO on Lefties versions), and Fireblast is a guaranted 2HKO on Relaxed versions. Forry is an obvious OHKO. You still get past most the things you want to.

Not saying this is a better way to go, but its definitely an option. Also if you up the speed you can consider Dragon Dance over one of the moves. That's the way I'd do it. Just personal

It's an alternate spread sure, but I fail to see why or when anyone in a sound state of mind would leave Cresselia in on Tyranitar to begin with. With Skarm, I'd always rather take the guaranteed OHKO and not worry about losing 20% of my health over something that should be down in one punch. But obviously if you feel the need f

or speed it can work fine.

I don't know how to run the calcs for this using MetalKid, but this seems fun for UU:

Eevee @ Salac Berry / Attack raising Berry
Adamant - Adaptability
252 Speed 252 Attack 6 HP/Defense
- Endure
- Flail
- Bite
- Substitute/Quick Attack

Basically, pass Speed to it, OR Sub down to Salac Berry. Flail with Adaptability and STAB becomes a 400 base power attack at 1 HP. Bite for the non existant ghosts in UU that could wall you lol. Quick Attack may be preferred over Substitute, depending on if you're going the passing Speed or Subbing down to Salac/1 HP

That Eevee set is adorable, and might really work in Little Cup.

However, +1 Eevee Flail fails to outdamage +6 Belly Linoone Return (and only slightly outdamages +6 Linoone Extremespeed). Linoone also only needs 1 turn of setup and has much higher base speed, even without priority. It can occasionally take a light hit, unlike Eevee, and if it has Extremespeed won't die to Hitmontop. And finally, it can hit Ghosts for decent damage, which do actually exist in UU (especially Rotom, Frosslass).

Still, why not? Eevee wins the pure awesomeness category. It's like sweeping with Pikachu.

EDIT: Oh, here's another idea. Instead of Bite or Quick Attack, use Baton Pass. Inevitably you're gonna be put up against Steelix or something similar, so you pass those Speed and/or Attack boosts to a Fighting or Ground type.

That Eevee set is really kinda... awesome. I really like it, and am definately going to breed one for my gimmick team.

However, I plan on using this team against OUs, so I ask... would Jolly work? I mean, if Eevee gets an agility, it outspeeds Scarfchomp, so yeah. lol

actually, machamp and ursaring both have 55 base speed, and I bet they impress you...

He said Attack and Speed, though the post was completely irrelevant to begin with. Anyways, Pablo the Eevee set looks like it'd be most deadly in Little Cup, though I'd have to see it in action in UU before jumping to any conclusions.

Ok, this is not all that creative, but it deserves mention...

MAGCARGO... @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
252 HP 252 DEF 6 SATK
Base Statistics: 50/50/120/80/80/30

-Wil-O-Wisp
-Hidden Power Rock
-Flamethrower
-Recover

THis little snail is an absolute behemoth, probably the most underatted physical wall in UU. It has the best trait ever; FLAME BODY which has a 30 % chance of burning the foe. How is this important? Well, there is a certain bug type pokemon in UU... scyther. Magcargo can switch in on any move, and threaten an OHKO with HP rock (100% of the time) That torkoal cannot do without overheat. Also, magcargo has a 30% chance of burning it on the switch, and it resists Areal Ace. Magcargo also owns any Flying/Normal type, swellow included. It can do major damage to them. It also can nail lapras or walrein on the switch for major pain! I wil-o-wisp first turn to catch the "counter" on the switch in. It often nails a poliwrath or a blastiose with permanent burning damage. Also, the slug doesn't die in one hit from weak earthquakes, and it can survive a close combat and burn suicidaly. You can opt for stealth rock if you really want it in there.

Also, it can switch in and recover, something most UU "walls" lack. Recover is great. It can tank hits in this way as the foe succumbs to burn. Although it has less HP than many UU walls, it makes up for it by burning every member of the foe's team, and by being able to recover off damage. Resists Fire(4x), Flying, Normal, Ice, bug and poison... maybe others...

Magcargo=totally awesome. I think whoever wrote the analysis never tried it out... they need to give him some more credit.
