I don't think they are catchable. It looks like the picture is just saying you need to transfer all 3 over to have a go at Regigigas.
Well, if you look at the fourth uploaded pic (http://imepita.jp/20080610/720490), you can see two rooms in each of the bottom corners.
Though you can't see the sprites, the boulders in the bottom left and right match Regice and Registeel's "eyes" respectively.
Tropius unique? Have you forgotten the infinitely more useful Jumpluff?

Well was Speed Forme Deoxys obtainable with Emerald? I think not!
This question makes me wonder... (this question isn't directed specifically at you)
How much was Speed Forme Deoxys advertised on the lead-up to Emerald? I wonder because, for a pokemon we would supposedly not be able to obtain in-game, it sure seems to like it's being advertised quite a bit.
Then again, perhaps that's more a matter of Platinum coming out around/after when the 11th movie event ends...
The new Shaymin looks like so much fail. Seriously, it looks like friggin' bambi. I think I'll just stick to the original one and avoid the 4x weak.
Does it say 'Forme' in the Pokedex, or form? Is there a meme I'm missing here?
I'm not too fond of the new Shaymin design. Still, improve its movepool and all will be forgiven.

The deoxys forms are listed as 'formes' in my official emerald strategy guide, so I am assuming everyone is going from that?
Damn. I was hoping for another Ice/Grass pokemon. They better improve Shaymin's movepool. Coming into Grachomp's Earthquakes will surely be easier now. Maybe it'll get Roost.
EDIT: I have the same question as RB Golbat. Perhaps an update to the D/P carts through WiFi or Mystery Gift will solve that.

I guess. Wonder if the new form will get better stats or the same 100 base stats. With the form changes, the BST stays the same, right?

There is a screenshot of Empoleon battling sky Shaymin in that first image Arael posted. Which leads me to assume it's catchable, at least in the Japanese version.
Edit: Oh, it looks like they tried to make the male character more masculine by turning his red scarf into a tie and giving him a blue jacket. That beret still makes him look like an ass.
Maybe I've spent too much time on Emerald lately, but I do hope the opening cutscene gets an upgrade. Just comparing how some of the shots changed between R/S and Emerald (i.e. Torchic vs Sharpedo etc to legendary silhouettes), and I kinda miss the peppier version of the Pokemon theme at the start screen.
Battle-wise, I hope Sky Shaymin gets some good physical set options. The regular one doesn't have much in that respect, and the new one looks ready to launch a Brave Bird. >.>;

Maybe Brave, but Bird? I don't know how this thing will fly, really. But it doesn't actually need to do, as Dodrio also learns Brave Bird, so whatever.
It was actually Roen, but good catch about the Sky Shaymin. It's really there, but what move is it using (or was it used by Empoleon)?
