I need someone to sprite and photoshop since i dont know/ have any of these

evolved form of slowbro

Slowlord, an evolved form of slowbro that has two shellders on its arms. It uses these shellders as cannons. Shellder DNA has spread throughout its body, resulting in armor. Massive DEF and Sp. ATK.

This is Mewthree in his late fourties, when he's let himself go. All he does is sit on the couch all day and watch Wheel of Fortune.
 
I personally think Mewthree needs some body armor to complete with Slowlord and Laviathan. Perhaps you can give him some Registeels as arm guards and Regirocks as shin guards?

I think that mewthree's armour should look more like the armour from the movie 300.
 
im really sorry for doing this... but ur slowlord got my creative juices running as well :X. I tempered with the design a bit but always having ur basic concept in mind:
