Flash fire only makes your fire attacks 1.5x it's regular power. This is equivelant to a +1 boost. This does not affect speed.
Anyway, the only way to actually check the Legitness of Scizor, would be to run it through a stat calculator, and just checking for signs of hacking because this sounds like hacking... real shitty hacking. Why the fuck would you WANT a steel type to be poisoned? That's like removing Heatran's fire resist... it's bad.

And with a level difference of 59... what the fuck kind of battle is this?
I'm just loling at this situation.

PLEASE HEPL NOW!! QUICKLY!! please. I need to know the effects of toxic, does it lower speed, if possible can you post a link too??

Its a troll :nerd:

I think it's a lvl 100 singles battle but his arcanine is only lvl 41 and didn't check during the battle. If I'm wrong seriously wtf lol

lol @ poisoned scizor that's gotta be a hack.

Well I was just trying to make sure. This whole situation with this guy got me confuesed and everything!! I knew what toxic does. He just got me annoyed by saying I hack and all this other stuff. Ohh well its done and over, and I know my pokes aren't hacked.

I think it'd be ok, the only problem is none of them could attack both of the opposing Pokemon at once, unless Charizard used EQ, which would then hurt your Pokemon too...

No, Steel types are immune to poison, period. Twinneedle being able to poison Steels was removed by Advance.

I've seen poisoned steel types in Advance. When you evolve something that's poisoned and gets a steel type upon evolving (i.e. Pineco to Forretress) it still remains poisoned.

Not if Togekiss is the user of Follow me

I'm sure they got rid of this in DP. Can't be sure though as this situation is really problematic. Besides, this guy got poisoned in battle.

I posted this a little while ago, but no one answered for a couple of pages, so I'm re-posting.

I was wondering...if I Skill Swap Castform's Forecast ability to another pokemon when weather is in effect, will it change the receiving pokemon's type?

Scenario 1, if Castform uses Rain Dance and then Blissey Skill Swaps, will Blissey's type now be Water?

Scenario 2, if Castform does not change the weather and Dusknoir Skill Swaps, will it be the normal type?

Just looking for some clarification here before I start looking into possible strategies for competitive play.

Forecast only affects Castform. Blissey won't change types and Castform will be stuck in whatever shape he's in until you give forecast back to him (at which point he'll promptly transform.)

When using Zoom Lens, it boosts accuracy by 20% if you go second.
My question is, does it boost accuracy when they switch? Switch has the highest priority, so I assume it would work.

1) Do power items or macho brace still give extra EVs to klutz lopunny?

2) Does Magic Coating hypnosis activate sleep clause? For example, can you reflect two hypnosis back at two different pokemon in the same match while the first one is asleep?

I don't think it activates sleep clause because your opponent essentially put themself to sleep but I'm not sure.
