Well, I've had this theory that all the game does is check to see the RIBBON that the pokemon has. So if your Shaymin has the ribbon, then, according to my theory, it would change form.

Same with the Regigias which no one has found where the Regis where.
 
Coronis tried to get the Flower using the Sheimi from the Flower Palace [remember the bug from the Japanese version of DP? That one] and it didn't work, so yeah.

And I hope Bibarel gets the Elemental Punches. I want to use a Cursebarel. ;w;

And does anyone have a link to all the information on the tutors? Like where they are, how you use them, etc.?

There have been rumours of what the tutors are, but I'm holding off on posting info till either Serebii or PokeBeach do

I meant compatible in the sense that you could use those forms. People will stop debating it now that it has been proven you cannot use them.
 
Well after you recieve the Glacidea Flower with a Movie Shamin, can you use it on non-movie Shaymin? Or are all non-Movies incapable of changing and destined to be Bushes forever?

I hope a lot of people's SRs dont go to waste :|
 
I don't think any of the tutor moves have been used have they? I haven't reached them (in veilstone), very little (maybe none) people have met the requirements to go to the battle frontier. The head of PB is the only person I know whose beaten the E4, and he made no mention of using the tutors yet.

Ah, I thought people were just figuring this out by hacking up the ROM.

I would have gotten further than the second gym yesterday, but seeing as how I've never actually played D/P all the way through (downloaded someone's completed save and changed the OT so I could breed/battle), it's like a new experience to me. So I guess I just got stuck in the whole mentality of exploring and "gotta catch 'em all!"

Has it been proven for sure? Have we actually tested a Platinum vs Platinum Battle?

I'm also still wondering if this is NIntendo not updating the server yet
 
I think it could be nintendo not updating the server. The worst part of sky shaymin not being useable on wifi is it not giving land shaymin any good moves. Defense shaymins were dying to get roost ='[
 
I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow. But wouldn't Nintendo update "servers" at least a while before the intended release? It seems kind of close to change "server" recognition of Pokemon the day it comes out...
 
The moment I set foot in the union room, my Skymin reverted to hedgehog Shaymin, for what it's worth.

And you'd think their "servers" would be just fine, considering we saw the picture of Skymin vs. Empoleon.
 
I'm in Eterna city and cynthia is not allowing me to go to the bike shop...what should i do after releasing the shop owner from galactic HQ?
 
i dont think Nintendo would make Origin Giratina and Sky Shaymin ingame only pokemon there has to be something missing for them to work on wifi, we should find soon i hope.

What if the same item you download for Rotom's forms affect Skymin and Origintina's online capabilities?
 
Hidden Power guy will be mostly worthless unless he gives you an idea about its power as well. Kecleon typing ftw.

What about if you enter the Club Colosseum (against another Platinum game) instead of the Union Room? Does it still revert?
 
I just recently got Platinum Emu and now against the rival. lol@his animation..but not bad XD.
EDIT: His Chimchar uses Leer a lot..
