I meant physical alternates such as parents and friends. They can signup with their names and you can claim that it's yours or make a substitutionYou sign up at the tournament, the day of. They pull 128 names out of a hat or whatever method they decide to use. Since they do on-site signups, alternates are unnecessary.
That won't work, you need proof of age / identity I think.I meant physical alternates such as parents and friends. They can signup with their names and you can claim that it's yours or make a substitution
What about substitutions? As long as the team is the same, the only thing to change is the name...That won't work, you need proof of age / identity I think.

Hi i'm new to competitive battling but I was thinking of entering this tourney, but i have question. For the teams that use Heatran and Cress, how do they EV train them? If i'm not mistaken they are LVL 50 when you catch them so even if you did battle enough low level pokamon to get all the EVs before lvl 51 you wouldn't actully get the stat bumbs until they level to 51.
The way i underestood it the game wont level them back down, so how does that all work.
Obviously there is something i'm missing.
