In Canalave and on Iron Island, there are two empty houses (in Canalave it's the one right above the Sailor's house). Does anyone ever go in them, or does something ever happen to them? This seems like a very stupid question I know, but there's an empty house in Eterna which Prof. Oak inhabits post National Dex so... maybe these ones aren't as unimportant as they seem?

Byron gives you a Metal Coat in the house on Iron Island, but the house above the sailor's I don't think has any purpose.

Edit: I just went in and checked, the house above the sailor's has a reporter wanting to interview me for TV in mine. XD

How does Follow Me work against moves that hit everyone on the screen, such as Earthquake and Discharge? For instance:

Say i'm in a 2v2 battle and have a Togekiss that uses Follow Me. My Salamence uses Earthquake. Since Earthquake can't hit Togekiss, but it used Follow Me, what happens? Does Togekiss just shrug off the attack as the foe's other Pokemon get hit, or does Togekiss absorb the entire attack, meaning Earthquake does absolutely nothing but leave me with a message reminding me that Togekiss can't be hit by it? I was wondering this because I had a plan for Doubles in the Battle Frontier that involved the usage of Follow Me and a stat-upper.

Also, where would be a good place to EV train for HP and Sp Def?

Edit: Reread what you said, and to make things more clear, the Earthquake your Salamence used won't hit Togekiss.

As for EV training HP and Sp. Def, the rout above Twinleaf has nothing but Bidoofs and Starlys, and Tentacools are pretty comon so just surf in any body of water that has them.

not sure on the follow me, but i assume it would work simmiler to storm drain, meaning multi target attacks wouldn't be affected.

as for HP and SD

south of iron island, surf in the water, there are tons of those slugh things, the evolved forms give 2 hp ev, while the shellos give 1, and for SD, on route 214, there's a woman with 3 wormadam, and they give 2 each.

How many badges do I have to have to get to get the Rotom event in Platinum?
Because I can't get the game till Monday and now I am worried.

If Trick Room is in effect and Rain Dance/Sunny Day/Sandstorm/Hail was used would the Trick Room's ability go away?

No. Trick Room is an independant field condition.

You need to be able to access Mystery Gift, which is before you even get your first badge. If I'm mistaken, you'll only need the first one.

Uhh... what are some 'bad' items? I know it's a weird question, because it depends on the pokemon using Trick, but what are some good 'bad' items to trick away... ? Aside from the choice ones maybe... isn't there one that like... negates Levitate or something?

Iron Ball, Toxic/Burn Orb, Lagging Tail... yup.

No, in all generations before the 4th, Pokemon are hatched at level 5. In fact, it was impossible to obtain a level 1 Pokemon before Diamond and Pearl.

What are some good UU/OU Pokemon that use Bold natures? I've got the 31/4/31/A/A/B spread down pat and a Bold Ditto with 31 in Special Attack and Special Defense and want to rattle off a few good Pokemon. So far Blastoise, Claydol, Vaporeon and Slowbro are on the list.

Porygon 2, Blissey, Milotic to mention a few.

Just to confirm that multi target moves still hit all the targets (both the opponent's poekmons or both the opponent's pokemon and your second pokemon).

Is there a significant purpose in investing 80 SpA for WishBliss?

I believe not, IIRC they are leftover EVs after the defenses have been invested in enough to withstand certain attacks.

Blissey Analysis said:
The Special Defense EVs given on the Wish Blissey set lets you survive even a critical hit Choice Specs Modest Lucario Aura Sphere, and you are 3HKOed by non-critical hit Aura Spheres. This is probably the Special Defense level most people will want. It still guarantees a 3HKO from Choice Specs Gengar Focus Blast. Modest Choice Specs Heatran with Flash Fire activated also has to roll absolute max damage twice (less than a .066% chance, so negligible compared to the chance to get a critical hit) to 2HKO Blissey, otherwise it's a 3HKO with Leftovers. Nasty Plot Adaptability Porygon-Z Hyper Beam with Life Orb does less than 80% max.

Hey, Dawgies here asking another question for my future team. :)

How do I teach Hypno (or Drowzee) the move Baton Pass in Diamond? I've looked on Serebii but it doesn't show it even can learn it, in any way possible. But on here it says so. Mistake? But on who's part? And if I have to breed it onto him, any good chains/simple I can use?

Thanks.

^Baton Pass is only gotten on Hypno by snagging the one in Pokemon XD and Purifying it. When that Hypno is purified, it gets Baton Pass as one of its special moves. There's no other way to get it on it.
