How does Rollout work with Technician?

Does the base power double and then lose the technician boost after 3 rollouts?

So Hitmontop uses Rollout. With technician it becomes a 45 base power move. Where does the damage go from there?

I'm thinking this might have to be added to the research thread.

Edit: I also have a lead Sharpedo set viable in OU,UU or NU. I want to write the analysis for the set. I was going to post it in the Analysis Workshop and not in Project UU revamps but I wanted to be sure I'm posting it in the right place.
http://www.smogon.com/dp/abilities/technician

"If a move has variable base power and would have 60 base power or less when used (Avalanche, Hidden Power, Natural Gift, Payback, Pursuit, and Revenge), it is also boosted by 50%."
So, for the first two turns, Rollout should be boosted, and the latter three it would not be, I believe.

Also, it should go in UU Revamps really. However, as said in the rules:
"1. UU Revamps is for posting major peer edits and full revamps to the Pokemon playable in the UU metagame. This includes the UU, NU, and NFE tiers. If the Pokemon you want to revamp is not on those lists, do not post here. However, do not refer to NU / NFE tiers. There is no metagame for these tiers yet, and therefore there should not be descriptions on them." So don't mention NU! :P

So any suggestions of offensive Walrein?
Blizzard/EQ/Ice Ball/Waterfall
Yes, 68SpA are needed to 2HKO Skarmory, but besides that?

I've been told Platinum is faster than DP. Can someone list ways in which it is faster because I haven't noticed THAT much yet aside from field movement.

Surfing speed is increased dramatically, and a few moves have been shortened. Hidden Power move animation has also been reworked, etc. Other than that, I don't know.

A friend of mine is telling me that if you have Regigigas in Platinum, you can catch the other three Regis in the game as well. Is this true?

Only the Toys R Us event Regigigas does this, meaning if you got that and transferred it to Platinum, putting it on your team, it is true. Other Regigigas don't work for this, however.

If I'm Ev training a pokemon and switch it out to another pokemon during a battle with a wild pokemon, will the Ev's get split between the two pokemon? Or would it stay on the first pokemon?

It goes for both, but doesn't get split. Say a Pokemon gave +2 Atk EVs, both Pokemon would get +2 Atk.

Remember, EVs are only gained if the Pokemon gains experience.

Why does Electivire have a bad reputation, I used to seem them a lot, but now they are somewhat rare.

1 more thin. Does this look like a good lead Infernape moveser for doubles?

Fake Out
Fire Blast
Close Combat
Grass Knot

I want to give it Life Orb, but I'm using 1 on my Garchomp, what should I do?

1: Earthquake was always a common move, it doesn't have a reliable way to boost its attack stat sans Choice Band and Life Orb, and he's just too slow without a Motor Drive boost or Choice Scarf.

2: First off, unless it's an Uber battle, you should get rid of that Garchomp since he's banned and people won't want to battle you if you use it. Secondly, that looks more like a mixed sweeper than a lead, so it's not really smart to lead with it. If you want to use a lead Infernape in any battle, just go with the recommended lead moveset on its D/P page (http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/infernape). Don't get me wrong, it's great that you're trying to make your own movesets, but just stick with a recommended one unless you know for a fact that it can work out the right way.

(Also, there's a "delete" button in the editor and you should use it.)

Can you do the PC Box Egg trick in Platinum? The one that allows you to check natures and abilities in advance? Just checking with other guys, because...it doesn't seem to work?

This is for the PKMN tournament and since Garchomp can be used, I wanna abuse him. What I really need is a sweeper I can lead with, it must have Fake out, if you don't think Infernape will do the job, what do you suggest?

Try using the set posted in the analysis, and if that doesn't work, you could always use Ampibom, great with fake out(try just giving it fake out and last resort)

I was having some trouble making a trickroom team for the pokemon and I was wondering if i could get some advice as to what the last two members of my team should be (the first two being smeargle/bronzong) Right now I've narrowed it down to these options.

Machamp/Metagross

Machamp
-Dynamic punch
-Ice punch
-Fire punch
-Protect

Metagross
-Meteor mash
-Ice Punch
-Earhtquake
-Explosion

These would both play symilar roles and be the main physical attackers of my team. meteor mash/dynamic punch for sheer power, Ice punch for flying types and dragons, and earthquake/fire punch for steels. Machamp I like for the confuse hax and coverage against smorelax while metagross has better typing and stats.

Camerupt/Typlosion

Camerupt
-Eruption
-HP ice
-Earth power
-Explosion

Typlosion
-Eruption
-HP ice
-Fling
-Fire blast

I wanted some surefire way of killing metagross as every team seems to have one. Typlosion would be running a -speed nature and a iron ball in order to function under trickroom. The only real diffrence between these two are that Camerupt gets a stab ground attack and is able to hold an item to boost its offensive power while Typlosion has slightly better all around stats and a powerful dark move for damaging cresselia.

Latios
-Draco meteor
-psychic
-protect
-???

Latios is just simply a sweeper that doesnt rely on trick room.

How can I double check if I gave my PKMN the right EVs?

One thing I tried was to hack a PKMN exactly like the one I EV trained, but without the EVs, and compare them.

I was told that when EV training PKMN for Lv. 50, every 8 EVs = +1 on that stat, and that I should only go up to 248 EVs in 1 stat, can any one confirm this? So according to this, 248 EVs = +31 on a stat. The 2 PKMN I was comparin had the same IVs, and same nature. The main stats I'm intrested in are HP, Def, Sp. Def. I gave 248 in both Def and Sp. Def and 8 in HP. While comparing the 2 PKMN, the HP stat came up +1 more as excpected, Sp. Def came up +31 as excpected, and now, the main point of all this, why did it's Def come up +34 more? I mean they where both at Bold nature, 1 was EV trained and the other was not.

Which set of IVs would be better for a HP Electric Milotic? HP/Att/Def/Sp.A/Sp.D/Spe:
31/31/31/30/31/31 or 31/30/30/31/31/30?

While the 8 EVs = 1 point thing is true for the most part, it isn't entirely dependable as it relies on your base stat and IV too. The best thing to do would find a stat calculator, plug in everything, and check to see if your stats match. Here's a handy stat calculator if you don't want to look for one, or you could always just open up Shoddy Battle's team builder.
