You should be synchronizing your DS clock and the external clock so they have the same seconds. So just SR at the correct seconds.

How does the DS have any concept of what the time is on any other clock in the world than the one inside of it? It doesn't. The only clock that makes any difference is the DS clock.
The problem is that you can't see the DS clock when you actually need it. Solution? Synchronize external clock with your DS.

When figuring out what frame holds what pokemon do you take the method one frame before the "actual" method J (which is method 1) frame or what is listed on the far left.
Example; I want what is listed as method 1 frame 9, but method J with a careful sync as frame 4, so do I take the last 4 digits of frame three of method 1 or frame 8 of method 1?

Frame 3. The lower PID of method 1 frame 3 is the RNG call immediately preceding the sweet scent frame, which is what you want.
Hello all. I just discovered the RNG thingie yesterday and I gave it a shot, and I miserably phailed!
Using a female (fr) Trapinch, and a male (us) Flygon, I'm trying to get a shiny adamant one.
I followed the guide, but every time, I keep getting a wrong nature!
I tried to get a non shiny one, and still, wrong natures!
My ID and SID are correct (checked using an AR SID code). Wondering if I miscounted, and started with a low counter (8 taps or so), yet, no results.
What could I possibly do wrong?

Hello,i just want to to catch an perfect Ditto with this seed 52140289 on my Pearl version,and im asking my self if the Pokeradar affect the my Frame Goal?
Andish - check if the natures you are getting correspond with the international list.

You're supposed to use the non international list. That was probably your error. Just because it's from a different game doesnt make it international. International is for 2 pokes of different language.
Oh my bad, i assumed the FR was for Fire Red. Try checking the non international list still. I think you have the date or time you are using in RNG reporter different than your ds.

The instructions assume that you did not have it open. If you did it will be way off because it will be as if you tapped it every time a battle ends, every time you go out of a building etc.
Switching to the app one time is the same as double tapping, though. This is accounted for in the instructions.
For you, I think you need to get your initial seed and then just immediately hatch 5 eggs. No taps, no coin flips, and never go to the happiness application.
Then you can generate with international and normal and check for a match with your 5 eggs and the 5 frames.
Davy, flipping to the app advances it the same as by double tapping the app. RNG reporter's calculations take this into count. It is easier to do the taps then just switching to the app back and forth.
