Hi, I'm using RNG for the first time, and when I put in the seed for HP Grass to get the time, it's giving me an exact delay that I need to have. I haven't mastered hitting a single consistent time yet, so my question is, do I have a little leeway when resetting, or do I have to hit that exact number?
Furthermore, I found a spread I want to use from the Excel document but it doesn't say the frame. How can I find the frame?

Well, if you have any spare Star Pieces around, if you go to the manager of the Fuego Ironworks, he'll trade you 1 of each colored Shard per Star Piece. Not a bad deal, I say, if you have any of those Star Pieces around.
- Get some money
- Go to the Great Marsh
- Change your poketchapp to the DIGITAL clock (important)
- Save BEFORE you enter
- Pay to get in and immidiately talk to the guy just to the right of the entrance, he'll give you a random shard
- If the shard is one you need yay! walk out, save your game to keep the shard, shut off your DS and change your clock to 11:59PM.
- If the shard isn't what you want or need, just reset your game and change your time to 11:59PM
- QUICKLY start the game again you should be in the lobby of the great marsh before you pay
- Wait for your clock to change over from 11:59PM to 12:00AM
- Pay to get in again and check to see if the shard guy has what you need, because you waited for the date to change IT WILL BE DIFFERENT.
- If it's what you need yay! If not repeat until you get what you need.
I get whatever combination of shards I need within 30 minutes this way.

For resetting your IVs, you will need to hit the exact delay and seconds, and then advance the RNG using Journal flips to the correct frame before taking the egg.
Watch bearfans' video on Catching wild legends, it'll explain about taking a spread from the Excel sheet and finding them in RNG reporter.
There's some Star Pieces in Iron Island that respawn every few days. Have fun with this knowledge.
What do you mean they respawn?!??! Do you have any more detailed information about this?!?! Are they in pokeballs or only found by the ItemFinder? That would be way faster if you just SRd for that!

All out offensive should be 252 SAtt, 252 Spd, 4 HP... (+SAtt -Att nature) though if u want some more bulk, get rid of the spd and put it in HP, same nature
I was battling someone the other day on wifi and it was OU standard, and they had a Slacking that never took a turn off in battle. How is that possible. I thought he had to loaf around every other turn or something. Also i'm not 100% but i think he had 5 moves on the guy.
I was thinking it was sort of hacked cheat thing but I'm not sure if that is even possible. Any ideas?
