Why can't you get a Nidoking/queen in DPP to have Lovely Kiss or Morning Sun from GSC?
Because those moves were GSC event moves, and GSC can't transfer to 3rd gen due to the massive overhaul of stat mechanics (such as IVs going from 0-31 as opposed to 0-15 and the introduction of abilities) and the inability to make the GBA communicate with earlier Game Boys.

What is the best legit way to check IV's of a pokemon? I only have around 12 rare candies if thats any consolation.

Oh and i am aware of the IV guy in battle tower, but he does not give that much info....

You can't :/
Unless you have A LOT of rare candies you can't
It's either that or growing it up to 100 to check with the final stats
That is if you want to do it legitimately

Reset it's EV's with the berries and then rare candy it to a high level. If you don't have many rare candys just duplicate some at the battle tower.

Here is how to duplicate http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_duplicate_in_Pokemon_Emerald

That's a shame. Hopefully HG:SS will change that. Thanks for the info!

P.S. Does a Pokemon using Dig only double EQ used against them, or double the Power upon striking everyone?

The reason I ask is because if you have a Flygon use Dig, while say Garchomp uses EQ, then EQ could deal double damage to both opponents while Flygon is Immune due to Levitate.

Same with Surf and a Dive user with Water Absorb.
Earthquake will only double in power against the digging Pokemon, and Surf will only double in power against the diving Pokemon.

So I've signed up to write up Ubers Ninjask (lol, I know, a fate worse than death). I already know how to use Ninjask in Ubers, where he is better than he is in OU, tbh. I know that he partners well with stuff like Groudon and Rayquaza.

What I was wondering about was if there were any (preferably good) Ubers RMTs with Ninjask posted so I could analyze them alongside my own (yet to be completed) team.

Thanks in advance!

OK here I go.

Infernape @ focus sash
(Fire Blast, Stealth rock, fake out, Close combat)

Scizor @ Choice band
(Bullet Punch, U-turn Pursuit, Superpower)

Suicune @ Leftovers
(Calm Mind, Substitute, Ice beam, Surf)

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
(Stone edge, U-turn, Outrage, Earthquake)

Celebi @ Life orb
(T-wave, Lead storm, Hidden power fire, U-turn)

Jirachi @ Expert belt
(Iron head, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thounderpunch)

EDIT: so what should I replace Jirachi with?

Maybe a Metagross of some sort? Same typing, better attack.

Why do you want to replace it, has it not been working for you? Is there a specific threat you want the replacement to cover?

It hasn't really been working for me,
I'm not much of a stall guy, I am a major offense player.
I'll check out some metagross sets, thanks!

Could someone tell me which not fully evolved Pokemon are not in the NFE tier?

Like for example, Pikachu (because of Light Ball) and Scyther (much higher Speed than Scizor).

Also I'd like to know which NFEs are banned from NU play.

@Zowayix: NFE Pokemon that are most often used in regular play usually have their own analysis and tier listed.

All non-UU NFEs are allowed in NU play (again, UU NFEs will have their own analysis but if you really want to double check, check the most recent statistics). Also, Wynaut is uber and therefore banned.

@quig: Find your name on the list in the server, right click, and click view record. Your rating is the single number conservative rating estimate.

Guys, I have these 3 Jirachi's:

31/30/31/30/31/30
Draco Meteor
HP fire 70

Natures: Impish, Timid, Jolly

All rng'd by Chaos.

Should I go crazy and get ones with 31 in all stats or should I keep these for wifi battles?

honestly I'd say keep them. it isn't worth the ones with all 31s, as the only point that really matters at all is the speed point
