just wondering, what are tiers are we going by? I noticed that there was a thread about the new UU and OU where roserade was moving up to OU and rhyperior and alakazam were moving down (at least determined by usage statistics though from what I read.)

No i think you can keep it the same. We're using the old tiers. Unless of course you've already built a new platinum team and trashed all your old UU tier teams
I think PurpleWeezing is talking about the new HGSS moves. You should consider those new moves when building your UU team.
