Froslass: Spikes/Ice Beam/Shadow Ball/ Destiny Bond
Milotic: Surf/Toxic/Rest/Sleep Talk
Clefable: Aromatherapy/Wish/Stealth Rock/ Seismic Toss
Nidoqueen: Toxic Spikes/Roar/Super Fang/Earthquake

Who should I use for the last two slots, and could this be an efficient stall team? I was thinking of having a Rapid Spinner and some sort of Revenge Killer that would be a last resort...

MY TURN!

Rotom-H. Probably the best anti-spin blocker in the game, also checks pokemon that could cause you problems.

EDIT: What tier's it for?

Rotom-H. Covers a lot of your weaks (immune to the bombard of fighting moves aimed at TTar, and the ground ones aimed at Meta/TTar, among more).

I'd go with the above. It's not going to be staying in long if it's passing Wish, so the 'hit and run' style of Draco Meteor suits it perfectly. And Reflect is probably the better choice - both of Latias' defenses are high with it up, so Wishpassing is easier, and does it really need two healing moves?
Thanks, and OU Wishpassing?
Also, could Latias use Draco Meteor/Thunder/Ice Beam/Recover in Ubers, or that set is outclassed by Latios?

OU Wishpassing: There's a set in the analysis. Hold on, I'll edit it in...

EDIT:

Latias @ Leftovers
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
~ Dragon Pulse
~ Recover / Wish
~ Roar / Protect
~ Reflect / Thunder Wave

Go with the bolded options. The last one's up to you, although personally, I'd go with Thunder Wave (Latias is fast, and this would be good support for a sweeper.).

~~~~~~~
Ubers: If you're on about sweeping, then go with Latios. It packs much more of a punch, and in Ubers, sweepers need all the strength they can muster. Draco Meteor/Ice Beam on the same set is questionable - go with DM, Thunder, Grass Knot, and...HP Fire. Great coverage.
Also,
Should one use Surf on Latios? Psychic on Latias (at least in OU)?
If Mewtwo would get Psycho Boost, would it be a good option like on Deoxys-A?
I've had an Adamant Gyarados for the LONGEST time now, but as I as putting it back into the box I noticed its nature is now Gentle. Does anyone know what happened?
Need some more breeding help.
I'm still on my quest for a perfect male ralts to use as a catcher.
After several hours, 30 male ralts, and a LF's flawless ditto, I have one with four perfect stats but it's other stats are dismal.
Assuming I'm not RNGing, do I now breed the flawless ditto with the four 31 ralts and keep hatching eggs till I get lucky?
In doubles, does Follow Me take moves like taunt, screech, etc.?
As far as I know, the only moves it doesn't affect are pursuit and multiple hitting moves (like surf). so yes.
For zoom lens, does its effect take place if an opposing pokemon switches in on your attack
Zoom lens only affects your pokemon's accuracy. Therefore the accuracy will be determined on what it attacks. i.e. the pokemon that switches in.
Is RNG abuse necessary to be competitive on WiFi?
In a sense, no. You can always breed very well, and still get good IV's.It depends on how much you need those certain IV's. For example, a Tyranitar with a less than perfect speed IV will not be able to outrun base 115's with a jolly nature which is very important. But really, RNG abuse abuse is much more efficient, and will probably produce better results than regular breeding.
EDIT: And is it easier to do in Emerald or Platinum?
Some people say it's easier on Emerald, some say it's easier on Platinum. You definitely get better results in Platinum, and you also have to wait less. But, the advantages to Emerald are that you can do it anytime, without having to mess with any clock, advancing the frames, etc. Also, Platinum can be a fair amount more accurate, because I'm pretty sure there are a couple hidden delay variables in Emerald, especially with catching.
What type of team would be fit a SDHabanChomp in the suspect meta environment? Can some people give their opinions on this? Thanks in advance.
How should I EV my Deoxys? It's Timid so it can't use Extremespeed. So now I'm stuck between using the regular lead set with Shadow Ball over X-Speed, or the Dual Screen lead. But I don't know if Shadow Ball is worth it. What should I do with my Deoxys?
What is the correct (as in DS game) behavior when a faster Pokemon uses Imprison on the same turn that the slower Pokemon uses a move the faster one possesses?
In other words, does Imprison prevent execution of a move of merely selection of the move?
Imprison prevents selection: slower Pokemon can execute move on turn faster uses Imprison.
Imprison prevents execution: slower Pokemon cannot execute move on same turn faster uses Imprison.
I'm pretty sure it prevents execution of the moves, otherwise my strategy wouldn't quite work... although I don't even remember what I was thinking those two years back...
