Let's start taking into account damage dealt from gengar's shadow ball to scizor:
if we assume the player was using a timid nature gengar, its ghost needed 252 SpA evs to do such damage to scizor with shadow ball, let me proof this:
Shadow ball to standard 248 hp/0 spd adamant scizor:
359 Atk vs 196 Def & 343 HP (80 Base Power): 79 - 93 (23.03% - 27.11%)
93 is exactly the damage took by ZX's scizor.
So, now we know that gengar needs AT LEAST a special attack stats of 359,
in order to do that damage to Scizor,
but,
it also menaged of surviving a pursuit, how is that possible???
The best spread for doing something similar would be this one:
Modest Nature, 100 Hp Evs, 252 Defence, 32 Speed (we need such speed evs + scarf to outspeed Jolteon, remember this) and 124 SpA evs.
yet, said gengar will barely survive:
591 Atk vs 219 Def & 286 HP (60 Base Power): 234 - 276 (81.82% - 96.50%)
Let's remembe he had already took 12.5% damage from Sr, so the mininum damage output possible was:
94.32%
I seriously doubt someone will use such a spread, specially when you lose to other scarfed pkm, it has very little sense, sadly we can't see gengar's HP exact number, it should be from 37 or less, but we can see that the red bar it's almost the same as scizor's, which is 60....
now, let's focus on the most suspicious pkm:
Suicune:
240 Evs Adamant nature Metagross' meteor smash to max Hp/Defence bold suicune:
402 Atk vs 361 Def & 404 HP (100 Base Power): 60 - 71 (14.85% - 17.57%)
That was about the same damage that suicune took, right?
but it assume suicune is running max HP + Max Def + bold nature,
In order to outspeed breelom it needs like 100 speed evs, (with bold nature) thus, the damage output should have been something like:
402 Atk vs 335 Def & 404 HP (100 Base Power): 64 - 76 (15.84% - 18.81%)
Still possible,
So far our Suicune evs MUST be the following:
Bold suicune eved with:
252 hp 158 def 100 speed (to fit the previous requirements)
It then hit a Jolteon with surf, let's see what the damage should be:
216 Atk vs 226 Def & 271 HP (95 Base Power): 99 - 117 (36.53% - 43.17%)
jolteon had 236 Hp in the video, so, after taking the surf he should have:
236-117= 119 hp left
Intead he had only 89
how this is possible?
If we consider a not boostin SpA nature, this is only possible usinga 252 SpA Evs.
Infact, a generic timid/bold suicune with max SpA would deal:
279 Atk vs 226 Def & 271 HP (95 Base Power): 127 - 150 (46.86% - 55.35%)
Notice:
236-150 = 86, almost the damage our jolteon took.
So, the best suitable spread to have such a power and keeping suicune bulky is:
A modest Suicune,
with 252 hp, 96 speed, 152 SpA and 10 defence evs, would have fit said requirements, now,
let's do some more damage calculations with this spread:
Our metagros would have deal way more damage now with meteor smash:
402 Atk vs 268 Def & 404 HP (100 Base Power): 81 - 96 (20.05% - 23.76%)
But let's see go back to the moves who killed it:
It took various switches (two) and some leftovers recovery turns,
in the end it was left with 93.5% of its life and it faced an explosion + an outrage, surviving both, but this is impossible:
An explosion coming of a naive heatran, with 6 atk evs and no boosting item would have dealt:
217 Atk vs 134 Def & 404 HP (250 Base Power): 290 - 342 (71.78% - 84.65%)
An outrage coming off from 252 atk adamant flygon would have dealt to this suicune:
328 Atk vs 268 Def & 404 HP (120 Base Power): 159 - 187 (39.36% - 46.29%)
let's take into account just the minimun damage output possible:
39.36% + 71.78 % = 110, while our had just 93.5% of life less
Thus, it was impossible for a legit suicune to survive such hits
