Wi-Fi Blacklist: as of January 30th, 2014

OK i played like a n00b but dont lie from the begginng the battle was lagging.
I already had a plan for after u KOed my Aerodactyl I could of gone to my gyarados and and u would of t-bolted and i could of gone to my evier to get the speed boost and tryed to sweep and if he got koed i could of gone back to my gyrados so i had no reason to d/c
 
To be fair, I had not discussed it with him. It is a rule of this thread - that being said I still firmly believe it was not a "legit dc". Im real life I had JUST turned to my friend and told him I was saving the video for Youtube.

I should have spoke with him yes, but out of frustration I just made my post instead. Maybe this post should just be used as a "previous incident" if it happens again.
 
im reporting too Kame for disconnecting with me! the score is 5-3 and after i close combat his roserade to death the blue screen of death appears :( waah :(( :((
 
I'd like to report Paco to the blacklist. I know this is a different situation than usual so I hope this is in the right section. On the first page it states

The Trading one follows the same rules as before. Report any scammers, misleading trades, and any other douches that might fall under there.

Paco and I completed a trade about 1 month ago and he mislead me into thinking the pokemon he traded me were his. He did not list the original owner of the pokemon in his thread so it was assumed that they were his. After our trade I asked for a refund and he stated this

i guess you can refund it. and actually, 95% of the pokes on there, are from people i know from different sites...........

He stated elsewhere (can't find it at the moment) that he actually had no idea where the Togekiss and Espeon he traded to me came from. I have been VM'ing, PM'ing, and even posted in his thread for a refund but he has yet to respond. He has been online within this one month of me messeging him but he just never posts anywhere or replies to me.

He has forced me to bring this incident here since I believe 1 month is MORE than enough time for a refund. Please consider this addition so no one else can be deceived by his trade thread.

Edit: I'd like to add that under the wifi forum rules it states

* You are responsible for what you trade that did not originate from Smogon. It is recommended that you also include the Original Trainer and ID of each pokemon offered for trade.

I know it is just recommended to include the original trainer's name with the pokemon but hopefully it can be enforced more strictly to prevent these kinds of events from happening. Perhaps it can become one of the rules itself instead of just a recommendation.


Edit2: Kame that's the second time you've been reported here for disconnecting...either you should fix your wifi, get a better one, or you really are disconnecting.
 
Blue master, my card lag from the begining and you know that... and this thing froze at this moment, or the cwf cause my screen was lock into "Comunicating"

Your nape 55%hp is finish by my luke, 3 of the others too... But it's useless to speak about that, I froze and never d/c, think what you want idc.

how can you say that your lucario is sweeping? the only pokemon you left is a roserade, lucario and forgot the other one! but after i KO your roserade you have 2 pokemon left and i have 5 pokemons left and my infernape has a lot of hp left too?????? the score is 5-2 when you disconnect KAME!
 
I want to report ehkay47 for disconecting when i was going to win.
The score was 6-1 and was going to 6-0 for me, my hippodon was killing his lucario, HPs were going down and he switches off just when the HPs were at 0 (i have never seen freez during the hp loses...).
 
yeah i never dc'd on you kame i remember the match you're talking about and after luke died i clicked run..

but it seems like you dont have the greatest connection. i remember quite a bit of lag during our match.

The zigzagoon has the exclusive move extremespeed, which means that it comes from hoenn. Zigzagoon's from hoenn can only have the Pick Up ability, however the one he traded me has the Gluttony ability, which clearly means that it is hacked. (as linoone can only get it when you trade a zigzagoon from hoenn to d/p/pt and then evolve it in that game)

also: he didnt have a thread, but the mole was advertising for it, so i suggest he takes it off. ;) and put him on the probational blacklist for advertising a hacked pokemon.

Please do not punish The Mole

I fully appreciate that given the circumstances its hacked however it was traded to me and hack checked (I can provide the pokemon for anyone to check) so I had no clue it was hacked as this was the beast indication I had

I will of course accept blacklisting and re trade or release any pokemon recieved for this pokemon

but please do not punish The Mole as he was only doing me a favour

if possible, please release the moltres.

also im not the one who puts people on the blacklist, we should just wait for a moderator to decide. but in all honesty i think he should be listed.
 
I have indeed released Moltres and all other pokemon received as part of this shambles

As I said before I accept being blacklisted for this as I traded the pokemon in question

However The Mole has nothing to do with this other than trusting my judgement and Legit.exe and I would ask that he is left out of this please as I consider him a friend and would like to keep it that way
 
The very prospect of black listing The Mole for this is absurd, and it's ridiculous to even suggest it.

Dealing frequent business with The Mole I inquired about said Zigzagoon (BIM: even posted in my trade thread as a follow up and we had set up a trade, which will obviously now be canceled) when he posted the above linked message, at which time he informed me that he does not trade it or even own a copy of the Zigzagoon in question (or he would have caught the obvious Gluttony giveaway, which I'm amazed BIM: would not have right away). This is also pointed out in the post itself, so this Pokemon never even found its way into The Mole's hands at any time during all of this.

But just because he posted the Pokemon in a post referring people to BIM: hardly seems fitting a reason to black list The Mole. By that logic anyone who refers someone to a trader in the Simple Questions, Simple Requests thread that winds up trading a hacked Pokemon is liable to be put on the black list. No offense but I find Inevitable's suggestion to be silly and to hold no ground.

While I can understand that me being put on the probational blacklist being a possibility (after all I have advertised it in good faith of my BIM) I have not once traded this myself nor do I have said Pokemon (I have Davy's already from Expert Evan). And as you can clearly see, when advertising said Pokemon I state in no uncertain terms that I do not own or trade the Pokemon in question and was doing this as a favour for BIM. This pokemon has since been removed and I can only apologise to all those who have found this in my thread and traded for it with BIM

As I've said, should I be put on the probational blacklist, I'll reluctantly accept for being naive in advertising it, however, at no point have I traded or owned this Pokemon

I think it would serve folks well to avoid advertising Pokemon in this manner unless you can speak for their legitimacy. Let the folks trading the Pokemon handle the advertising themselves. You can open a trade thread with only one Pokemon if that Pokemon is sufficiently remarkable.

At the end of the day, we should all remember:

* You are responsible for what you trade that did not originate from Smogon. It is recommended that you also include the Original Trainer and ID of each pokemon offered for trade. (from the wi-fi rules)

You are right, i was being a bit hasty there, i recall someone said that the mole could get blacklisted for something like that. and i guess i immediately took that advice :P

As I have stated, I fully accpet whatever happens but I worked within the bounds of my knowledge and technology

The ID and SID are correct from what I have checked, It passed as a GBA event in Legit.exe

I know I did wrong in
a) asking Mole to advertise for me
b) being naive enough to think that something that good could come as fodder in a trade

but it was a genuine mistake that will not happen again

edit: I have now contacted everyone that I traded with and have either released or returned their Pokemon except for Dark Lynx's Lugia which he said I could keep

If I have missed out anyone then please let me know and I will correct the mistake, I'm striving to put right what once went wrong
 
I would like to report Celesteial for intentionally disconnecting after one of his Pokemons was about to be fainted (and that would make his third Pokemon to be fainted, while I still had 6). When confronted, he basically claimed that he disconnected because of my alleged "stalling" which he never claimed that he was against in his signature nor did he mention before our match.

I can forward our conversation to any of the mods if required.
 
i'm here to report xxalucardxx187 to the blacklist for intentional disconnecting.

he was switching his last pokemon (Moltres) into Stealth Rock while i had a +4 Cacturne in Sand Storm and 2 other pokemons still, and he disconnected.

i was pissed, and sent him this message:

Reporting ehkay47 for Disconnecting. It was 5-3, and my Scizor used Bullet Punch on his Gengar. Right when his Gengar's Hit Points were at 0, a disconnection happened. I messaged him asking him why he disconnected, but no response, even though he was still online.

EDIT: Taking a look at his page, he's also disconnected with a number of other members.

Celestial also disconnected with me, claiming my arcanaine was hacked because it had morning sun, which it can now legitimatlely obtain through HGSS

I would also like to report Buddha Lova for intentional discontection. I was up 6-2 with two pokes still hidden, and he disconnected. I told him that there was a run button for a reason, and he responded saying that my team was a stall team (which it wasn't, I still had two hidden sweepers) but not denying his DC. If you'd like me to quote our convo I will, but please blacklist this member.
 
While xxalucardxx187 is so stupidly dumb and ignorant (excellent Best of WiFi material) about sand veil vs. brightpowder, I still don't believe it's enough grounds for blacklisting him just yet. He's already been infracted for his incoherent grammar at least.
