How many speed EVs do most lead Metagross have? In constructing an anti-lead, would it be safe to assume Metagross has 8 speed EVs, like the Smogon lead set?

People keep running more and more to outspeed others, so it's a cyclical thing kind of. I would assume 32, as that's what I've been seeing as of late.
 
Quick question, Bulbapedia says a pokemon can have up to 510 EV's. But how come all EVs on the strategy guide add up to 508?

EX: it says for espeon, 252spA, 252Spe and 4Spd
 
me and my friend have been working to get the pair ability ribbon. after our last set of 7 we checked our records and she's at a streak of 42 but I'm only at 35.

so I was wondering, if I team up with different people will it still be the same streak? and if so how did her streak get higher than mine. if I can I'd just team up with myself using my pearl version to catch up with her.

I'm not 100% sure, but...

- No, the streak will be different with other people (Your friend + You is one streak, another person + you would be separate)

- The game could've been d/ced during the streak, leaving your friend with the higher streak, and you with a loss.

well that's disappointing. I don't want to kill my 35 streak, I guess she'll just get the ribbon before me.
 
Is this EV Spread for Togekiss acceptable? 160 HP / 160 Def / 92 SpA / 92 SpD? 351 HP / 290 Def / 299 SpA / 292 SpD.... How about that? Acceptable?

Bulbapedia says that if I breed a Female Roserade and a Male Venusaur, the offspring will learn Leaf Storm... At what level does this occur or is there a better way of getting Roserade to have Leaf Storm?

yes, but only if the male if compatible with veusaur for breed and if the poke can learn it by breeding :)
