Weird as hell, I flip 2 times, pick up egg, its Frame 6. I flip 3 times, pick up egg with a bit of delay, its Frame 11. I was aiming for Frame 9 and I have one runner. Any ideas?
frame, you subtract 1 frame for each roamer you have out running aroundwait a sec.... do roaming pokemon affect the frame or delay at all? (If so, i'm fuckin stupid)
a timer with a beeping function that sounds a beep every second, emloop has one and so does pikatimer but this is only for high delays 750 or above is what i would use a timer for anything lower just keep trying and adjust your timing a bit so maybe slow down or speed up your button mashing to get your delayDoes anybody have any tips for hitting a delay? I consistently hit my frame and seconds, but my delay is different every time.
You should just be able to double click the jar file you downloaded. If that doesn't work, try download java like Viletung said, and if it still doesn't work, PM me.
It sounds like there is an NPC that is moving very early into the start of the game. What I've found that helps in abusing eggs is to watch the top left hand corner where the little box shows up saying where you are at as a refrence. It disappears once you hit A, so if you hit A when it's about half way down, then try and hit A at that point every time.Is it just coincidence or is this game seriously trying to fuck me? I have found a seed, delay, second, frame, all that, and found that my saved frame is 3. My desired frame is 17. So I start up my game, flip my journal 7 times, then do my coin flips. I hit my delay, hatch the egg, then it turns out its on frame 18 (I hit the A button as fast as humanly possible). Repeat this process about 15 times, no cigar.
Then I decide "Maybe I should go for an even frame." So I find the seed/frame/etc, do my journal flips, and guess what? The frame turns out to be odd now. So I let the NPC move and it goes to 21. Do the NPCs change their course depending on what date you set? Because they seem like they are doing everything right in screwing me over (been RNGing for this Treecko for 20 hours).

Also, you can just go and resave in hopes of a more stable frame. I've found going and battling a wild pokemon helps the starting frame change (like, more/less NPCs moving once the game starts).
not necessarily you might get the split spread of this spread but your right about the IVs it will have if you get the timing right and this spread appearsEmerald RNG question.
So I found this spread: 31 / B / A / X / 31 / B
And I have these parents:
X / X / 31 / X / X / X = Parent A
X / 30 / X / X / X / 31 = Parent B
If I time right, I should always hatch 31/30/31/X/31/31 right?
yes you wouldI use Emerald Alternative in the RNG reporter.
In case I won't get a split spread and time perfect I get what I want right?
Thanks for answering btw ;)
the seed is based on the amount of time that passes by before u hit continue and then head into the game world. Thats when your ivs are set for your egg? so confused and whats with the journal and coin flips.
I need help hitting my seed. I've been very close to finally doing it, but everytime it's either off by a lot, or off by either a second or a digit in the delay.
I'm using Emloop, because I can't get consistent results with Pikatimer for some reason.

What's the total number of seconds in emloop (yellow box + green box)?
