Hi I have a few questions since I am a newcomer to competitive Pokemon, so here it goes :p

1.) Would it be against any of the rules of legitimacy to use a Action Replay to find out your SID?

Not that I know of, its not like anyone is going to know the difference.

2.) Just to make sure.. is it also against the rules of legitimacy to RNG abuse? (Probably the same question as number one)

No, pretty much everyone does these days.

3.) Is it frowned on if you clone event Pokemon such as Pikachu colored Pichu or Jirachi?

No, once again, lots of people do this.

4.) What codes should I be using with an Action Replay assuming it is not frowned upon.

I use whatever I need at the moment. Just pick what you need I guess, kinda a vague question. I use the Have All TMs one, and the All Pokeballs 100%, along with other situational ones.

I probably have some more questions but this will do for now lol

In my view it is. You access the game's data using a device other than the DS, and in doing so circumvent the major requirement to encounter a random shiny or sufficient chained shinies. But my views aren't standard, and since I don't trade they don't really matter anyway.

2.) Just to make sure.. is it also against the rules of legitimacy to RNG abuse? (Probably the same question as number one)
In my view this is fine, since RNG abuse is just playing the game on the DS, albeit in a bizarre way.

4.) What codes should I be using with an Action Replay assuming it is not frowned upon.
Do not use any codes that alter any attributes of the Pokemon you catch. Codes for items, always-catch codes, quick hatching codes, and cloning codes are usually accepted.

Can somebody tell me what stores are giving the free lugia and ho-oh toys when you preorder the 2nd gen remakes?

Check the websites of stores near your location. They usually have information regarding this stuff. The usuals might include GameStop, Target, Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, etc. Even if the chain store in general says they're participating, not all stores under the name will have this offer.

How do you unlock the Battle Frontier in HG/SS?

Defeat the Elite Four for the first time.

I have a wifi lucario that's specially based, but the only attack options outside hidden power seem to be psychic, dragon pulse, and flash cannon. None of them seem to give particularly good coverage compared to hp:ice. Do I have to go mixed?

Use Aura Spere, Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse, Vacuum Wave (if you have it), and Dragon Pulse. If you don't have Vacuum Wave, Close Combat can be useful to KO Blissey or Flash Cannon can be used to hit Gliscor. Dragon Pulse will still take out Salamence and Kingdra. Hidden Power is only recommended in the analysis because it hits other things.

Are moves such as Mud Slap and Muddy Water considered against the Evasion Clause because they might lower the opponents accuracy. Specifically Muddy Water. Please and thank you!

No it would not. It's mainly referring to Double Team and increasing your own evasion rather than reducing an opponent's as they have the option of switching. So technically you can even have sand attack but no one would want to waste a move slot for that for obvious reasons. Muddy Water just isnt used to often that's all.

Nope. They're bad moves, so you won't see them, but as said above, Evasion Clause refers to upping your evasion rather than lowering their accuracy.

Should CBGross be used at all in Ubers, or Metagross has better sets and CBScizor is preffered?

Metagross makes a great anti lead in ubers being able to Trick the likes of Deoxys and Pursuit them. In Ubers CB Scizor normally isn't the best set to use, he has his own "uber set" so I suggest checking out the Scizor page in the strategy pokedex.

So you agree with me that TrickGross lead is a good idea in Ubers? Also, should the CB be limited to OU, and on both tiers, should Trick be used?

Metagross (Trickgross) is an "okay" lead in Ubers and you could make it work. I haven't seen to many CB's in Ubers though (as Scarf, Specs are not that uncommon) but that doesn't mean it could work. I saw this CB Kyogre once and that was a real suprise as it could really hurt it's most common switch in: Blissey. So to answer your question, yes CB can be used in Ubers.

In Ubers, Swords Dance Garchomp is superieur, but in OU Garchomp is banned so DD Salamence has no competition if you want a Garchomp vs Salamence showdown
Actually not necessarily. Salamence's main advantage is the fact that Dragon Dance gives it +1 Speed also, allowing it to outspeed Lati@s and speed tie with Scarf Palkia. Although it might not be as powerful, it's still hard enough to hit like a truck. In fact, Garchomp has trouble now because many Lugia run enough speed to outspeed Garchomp and hit it with Ice Beam, while Salamence can hit Lugia with a +1 Outrage.
