Abomasnow does not learn Thunderbolt, or Thunder for one. You'll likely find that Ice Shard and Grass Knot will be the best tandem of moves in Ubers, letting Abomasnow hit Rayquaza/Shaymin with Ice Shard, and it can attempt to counter Kyogre/Groudon with Grass Knot.

However, never using Abomasnow in Ubers, I don't know what set would work the best. SubSeed prevents it from being totally dead weight when something like Bulk Up Dialga, Forrty, and Scizor come in.

-I don't think anyone on smogon would have a problem with you hacking Cherish Balls to catch a legit Scizor in but official tornaments might. I'm almost certain that you won't be able to use it on PBR Wi-Fi because all the event Pokemon that are in Cherish Balls aren't allowed on Wi-Fi.
-It doesn't matter what your team has, as far as weather goes, because Abomasnow will whip up Hail when it comes in. Thunder/Thunderbolt doesn't seem too usefull to me, since you should have Grass Knot or Wood Hammer that would hit Kyogre harder. Since you have Blizzard, you won't be using Thunder/Thunderbolt on anything but Flyers that are neutral to Ice like Skarmory and Ho-oh and Blizzard does almost as much as Thunderbolt and Thunder will only ever have 70% accuracy unless Kyogre switches in on you and then goes to something else. The choice between Blizzard and Ice Beam is mostly if you want more power or a 100% chance to KO Rayquaza that switches in. The only things that can mess up your Hail are Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, and Tyranitar. Like I said before, you should just hit Kyogre with Grass Knot/Wood Hammer and Groudon and Tyranitar are weak to both of them as well. If you have other Ice types on your team, you should probably just run Ice Beam on them since you can't guarentee that Hail will be up when they come out with the prevelance of Kyogre and Groudon.

Edit: If you were just talking about you other team members, then you should just run Thunder and Ice Beam because the main things to hit Thunder with are Kyogre and Metagross in the Rain and it will be hard to keep Hail up.

I have been trying to do trading in the beginning of the game between these two versions, but I could not see either character appearing in the trade room. I thought we could start trading Pokemon immediately, but I'm guessing it's been a false rumor. Oh well.

Latias hasn't been voted Uber yet, so no

The suspect stages work with players that have a 'voting right'. If 2/3 of those players voted a Suspect(Latias and Manaphy are the suspects at the moment) Uber/OU, then the Pokemon is Uber/OU. If there isn't really a majority, then a next stage will be opened and the suspects will be tested again etc

You can definitely trade with DPPt as soon as you get the ability to trade in Cherrygrove. Personally, I traded over a couple of Pokemon from Platinum right before I fought the Elite Four (a Kyogre, Electivire, and Magmortar), and I known numerous other people have been successful in doing stuff like trading over eggs right at the beginning. So if you're having trouble trading for some reason, I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's definitely something on your end, as it can definitely be done.

I think http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2533546#post2533546 clearly shows Latias has been voted Uber, but is likely pending a 3-5. Anyway, I don't think anything has been implemented yet.

Okay so.. I've been trying to EV train my Kingdra(lv32). I've killed an X amount of Unowns needed until it reached 225 IV. Once it lvl'd off of an Unown, it gained 7 att. I later took it to the Elite Four attached with an EXP. Share... now that it levels, it's only gaining 2~4 for att. Am I doing something wrong? Am I suppose to level off of a pokemon that gives the stat I desire?

If you kept track of your numbers properly, you should be fine. +7 seems fine for level 32. Remember that 4 EVs = 1 stat point AT LEVEL 100, and the lower the level, the more EVs you need to make 1 stat point. It doesn't matter when or how you level up; once you do, your stats will be recalculated according to your EVs and IVs (the same thing will also happen if you simply deposit your Pokémon in a PC box, assuming it's not level 100).

It seems that you've ev trained it right just don't expect it to gain large numbers each time it lvl's up

The reason it got +7 at level 33 was because it jumped from a stat that had 0 EVs applied to a stat that had 225 applied. When it went from 33 to 34, it went from a stat that had the EVs applied to a stat that also had the EVs applied so it didn't go up as much. Like the others have said, you don't need to worry about it.

Technically she's still a suspect because a Pokemon must be voted uber twice in a row to be moved up to ubers (unless it gets voted uber by a super majority - which is not the case).
