If you know the PID (I assume so), then yes. I can't remember the exact method, though...

Yeah I can explain you that.
As you might've noticed or not I updated the Guide referring this point.
When you save your game, the Routes of the Roamers are storred in the Game Save.
Whenever you use Seed Verifier, note down the routes of the roamers the moment you saved. Input these Routes in the Seed Verifier textboxes in order to assure correct Route displayment.
This is due to the fact that if he Routes when you enter the game are the same when you saved the game, the RNG makes extra calls and advances to a point where the routes are not the same anymore.

there is only one NPC that moves in the lab and his movements are very spontaneous so keep an eye on him and try not to let him move too much since in one turn he advanced by 2 then he turned again and it advanced by 1 so he is most likely not consistent. This was done with no roamers out as I fainted raikou and didn't release latias.

Does this still hold true? It's been awhile since I RNG'd for a squirtle but don't have a backup to re-test this.

last I checked, yes, although destiny100 reported that his were starting on frame 4 I haven 't seen any one else post with that problem

Eventhough I havent got that far, I guess because it sorta like a gift pokemon like toegpi and etc or its like rng for starters. Quick Question When standing on a bike and sweet scenting this is how the frame advance right? Frame 1 Frame 2 (because of sweet scent then I enter a battle or not) if my actual frame for 2 was 15 my current frame would be Frame 21? Then I use sweet scent again then it would be 22 then actual frame of 22 + 6?
 
Guys using seed verifier. How do i exactly find my seed on my Soul Silver game? Using the roamer way I get exactly where they are put that information on. Activate the Iniatial Seed Find Checkbox. What should I put on the Seed field? Since I am trying to find it I dont know what to put there. Sorry for the noob answer I am still trying to learn RNG
 
i have a question about the "Breed DPPt" procedure: if i find an acceptable seed spread what do i use to synchronize my game to it? do i use the Seed to Time feature or something? i'm sorry but i don't know much about the RNG.

There's no point in using the Seed Verifier if you don't know your seed. To verify your seed only means to make sure you hit your seed while playing the game.

You're not thinking about this the right way. First you need to decide what Pokemon you want to catch. Then you ask RNG Reporter what seed you need to get it.

I'm abusing for a Shiny Gliscor egg so I can continue to abuse for IVs. However, I have a problem. I've hit the seed the Jolly egg I want is on, and I've done the right number of taps etc. (1 tap, 6 flips (not including verification)). However, I actually get a Female Rash Gliscor.
Am I just doing something horribly wrong? :/

As far as we know. Both COKTAL and I have used the bike and Sweet Scented and it advanced by 1 frame, however we aren't 100% sure.

How did you verify your seed? (Okay, I see: coin flips. What flips did you get?)

What is your seed, anyway?
 
And, you did have 6 Pokémon in your party, right?

You could always ignore RNG Reporter's calculated flips and taps and do them yourself; for such low levels, you could in fact do flips all the way to your egg, which would let you check you were still on target with each single flip.

Come to think of it, this is actually one of the rules on the first page. Might have to start enforcing them more. EDIT: Just updated the front page to make this clear.

Yeah, it helps a lot. It's a quicker method of seed verification than calling Elm 10 times.

I did not see that post, but thank you for pointing it out to me and explaining the reasoning behind it. On my 3rd save, I did get matching locations on Seed Verifier and the PokéGear map, so I suppose I just got unlucky on that 2nd save. I'll make sure to input in their routes from my save from now on.

Yeah, I had all six. I stood in the Daycare, did all my taps etc. and then deposited the parents and generated the Egg.

Sorry, I didn't see the edit. The seed is 390002BD, and I got the flips T,H,H,H,T,H,H,H,T,H as expected.
As I'm only trying for nature and shininess at the moment, the frame isn't relevant, is it?
