Now THAT'S not broken.

Anyway, on a more realistic side..

100/125/50/120/90/115

It's something that is both fast and versatile, outrunning a good amount of Pokemon and being able to use both sides of the offensive spectrum. The weakness of the set lies in one defence which is easily exploitable, while the other is taken fairly well. This set is both balanced, effected, and not Uber.

Are pokemon ideas on this thread? If so, then how about this

??? (couldn't think of a name)

Type: Dragon/Grass

Stats: 100/90/120/50/120/90

Ability: Suction Cups

Moves:
Dragon Dance
Recover
Dragon Claw
Leaf Blade

I would use this beast

my....posts? yeah, i am reaching the 500 but there is nothing special about that

At the time, you had as many posts as there are Pokemon. (2 more needed for the Zs.)

1/1/1/1/1/595 Yez.

On the topic of Dunsparce, I used to think that it evolved into Gligar for a while during gen 2, and the similarities are still present.

1) There base stats are not too far apart, similarly to Scyther/Scisor.
Dunsparce: 100/70/70/65/65/45
Gligar: 65/75/105/35/65/85
-35 HP, +5 Atk, +35 Def, -30 SA, +40 Spd
(Total of 5 difference in BST.)

2) They come in direct order in the pokedex.

3) The dex entries make them seem similar:
Dunsparce
"When spotted, this Pokémon escapes backward by furiously boring into the ground with its tail."
Makes it seem a bit ground type, but it is not.
"If spotted, it escapes by burrowing with its tail. It can float just slightly using its wings."
Now it seems ground-flying, a peculiar typing with only one poekemon having it at the time...
"It hides deep inside caves where no light ever reaches it and remains virtually motionless there."
And it lives in caves.

Gligar
"It flies straight at its target's face then clamps down on the startled victim to inject poison."
Not much useful here besides noting Gligar could have been poinsen type, but it is not.
"It usually clings to cliffs. When it spots its prey, it spreads its wings and glides down to attack."
This makes it seem like it lives in/on cliffs, similarly to Dunsparce in caves.
"It builds its nest on a steep cliff. When it is done gliding, it hops along the ground back to its nest. "
Like later dex entries for Dunsparce, it makes nests.

Additionally, it seems that Gligar is the aggressive version of the meek Dunsparce, making them appear as related.

4) The LOOK the same.

Both have similar looking tails and tips. (Drill/Stinger)
Both have segmentation, but in opposite parts.
Both have fang-like things in a similar position and spacing.
Dunsparce looks a like a larva and Gligar like a finished product.
Both have wings. Heck, both the second pictures are even in the same position.

So lets see, a supposedly wannabe ground-flying normal type larva thing that is meek and nests, and a ground-flying type thing that is for some strange reason not poisen type, but instead a very awkwark and unique type combination. that is agressive and nests, and both look very similar, have stata in counter to each other, and even come in order in the pokedex.

Instead, Gligar gets a vampire bat evolution that should have been a poisen type. If not for some connection to Dunsparce, Gligar/Gliscor would probably have just been a defensive bat line.

Basically, they were probably designed together, and may have even been originally considered for evolution or such. (Like Scyther/Scisor)

Edit: They also seem to fit the whole angle/devil motif too, so yeah.

oh, now i freaking understand but you could have said sonner you know? also to put it short what i am thinking:dusparce would be something like a cocoon for gligar then? some shit like that i guess.

I'd definitely like to see a bigger improvement on fire types, both type combination and moves. In 4 generations, there's surprisingly only two non-damaging fire type moves. Maybe in the next gen, there would be some fire type move like toxic spikes that lays down hot coals everywhere and causes burns on switch ins.

hell.fucking.no, we DO NOT NEED blazing spikes for god sake, wtf are you thinking? if that is nescesarry to make fire types better then i prefer for then to be a piece of crap for the rest of they lifes. i normaly prefer to not reply each post i see but this one deserved a special mention.

still broken, in pokemon 25% can become 9000% at any second, and if the pokemon is physical and end up burned he become useless, combo bliss with those magic burning spikes and the metagame dies for good.

lapras evo! ice/steel with shell armor or thick fat. Ice resisting dragon anyone?

I was thinking this thing exactly yesterday. King's Rock to Lapras evo, looks awesome and regal, the shell almost like a fortress crown thing, as well as a crown plate on the head. Would be sooo cash.

The Game.

On another note, water should be typed with dark. Sharpedo is ok, he looks like he was cut in half, and crawdaunt is weird looking. Starter would be way better.

Ice/Dragon with Speed Boost!

I'd prefer Technician to boost his Ice Shards. They need the extra power...after all, they'll only be coming off his 160 Base Attack!

Naturally, he'll have a Fire priority move to kill Scizor as well. OK Gamefreak, get to it.

Blissey would check the special version to an extent. Purely special sets would likely be stopped cold. Mixed sets will need a fair amount of EVs in Attack to beat Blissey, which will detract from their special attacking prowess. And Heatran works if Fire/Dragon is denied Earthquake. Rain offers some defense also.

This is how good Nintendo is at leakproofing. They've reduced us to discussing counters for a Pokemon that we made up ourselves.

Pokemon Sunday, you can't come soon enough.

The Game.

Damn it.

Just make a Ghost/Dark Pokemon with a move that is SE against everything and is a one hit ko that always hits, even when they fly or dig or shadow force.

With Wonder Guard.

So...something like this? http://thesegoto11.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/chucknorris.jpg

If this were Level 100 timid max Speed (31/252), Choice Scarf, baton passed +6 speed and Tailwind, and either (Swift Swim in rain) or (Chlorophyll in harsh sun) imagine what its (final) speed would be!

It's over NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAAND

What if two of these face each other?

The Game.

What is this game you speak of?

The new Pokemon to be unveiled on Sunday. (Looks like a Jigglypuff, but silhouette is from above.)

Dark Ghost
Wonder Gaurd
1/1/1/1/1/595
31 all
All EVs in speed (like an idea mentioned earlier)
Taunt (No foresight, etc.)
Metronome (Why not?)

...

Trick Room
Skill Swap

Yez.
