Who else could help with Agiligross support?
I have Scizor to scout, mainly Bullet Punch and U-Turn.
Rapid Spin and Toxic, probably on a water guy for stalling.
Flygon to avoid all the EQ and counter other steel-types.

I'm thinking I need someone to counter waters and ghost mainly, as these types are less likely ot be killed by Meta. I have Tyranitar but I don't know if I want want someone else weak to EQ since Scizor is also weak to fire.

who can best support a tauros sweep?
what is the best defensive combo in UU?
also, is golbat viable for UU play?

Tauros isn't really the raw power Pokemon, since it doesn't have access to a stat-up move. Spikes, Toxic Spikes(in combination with Subsitute) and Baton Passed stat-ups are the best way to make a Tauros sweep possible. In NU(I'm assuming that you're using Tauros in NU) Rosalia is a great Spiker(both Spikes and Toxic Spikes) and Floatzel(who can Baton Pass Bulk Ups)

About Golbat in UU. I don't think it's too viable. It has mediocre stats. It's too frail to take any Super Effective moves, too slow to outpace the most common sweepers and too weak to break through walls.

actually, im using tauros for UU. He can sweep well with a life orb, I just need someone to support him (possibly wish or entry hazards, possibly screens) and be able to take out his counters.

Besides the obvious RegiBro and Venusaur/Milotic, what are some good defensive UU combos?

Are EV's accumilated after each battle?

If I wanted to have a 6hp/252atk/252spe spread, I would need to battle like 3 Nidorina (2hp ev's a piece) to gain 6hp, like 126 Nidorino (2atk ev's a piece) and then 126 Pidgeotto (2spe ev's a piece).

Is this correct or am I way off?

You can speed it up by utilizing Pokérus and the Power items. I believe a Macho brace works better than the Power items however, though someone else will have to confirm that for you. :P

Otherwise, yes, you accumulate EVs after you make a Pokémon faint. So if you had to take down, hypothetically, three Nidorinas in one battle, you would gain 2 HP EVs apiece without Pokérus and other boosting items.

In regards to ev training, if I were to use a Poke mod cheat to battle only a certian type of pokemon, do the values still hold true or not?

-ALSO-

Is it possible to max out my pokemon's EV's before reaching level 100?

Yes

and

Yes

Quick Question.
So I got a shiny Roselia awhile back and I decided to EV train it for Special Attack and Speed.
Now, when I look up my IV's so I can figure out my SID, the Sp.Att and Speed IV's are labeled as impossible.
Is there anyway besides using an AR to figure out my SID using this Roselia?

Sadly no, but plenty of people with an AR would be willing to help. Check the WiFi forums

Maybe using the Hondew and Tamato berries to remove the EVs from your Pokémon, along with EV reducing berries for any other less significant EVs your Pokémon might have.

Very false, at least in my experience.

As just a numbers game, Power Items give an extra FOUR EVs per pokemon fought, while Macho Brace only doubles the EVs gained, thus boosting by a maximum of THREE EVs.

Plus, with a whole suite of Power Items, it's possible to quickly and easily gain EVs in stats it would otherwise be difficult to EV train in directly, which is especially a problem in HGSS, which is absolutely AWFUL for EV training.

Traded pokemon get more experience than ones caught/bred by yourself, my question is, are there any downsides to using traded pokemon instead of your own?

They might level up too quickly so you won't be able to control them if you don't have proper gym badges, aside from that, there's no disadvantage unless you want to do something like change their name

Already got all badges, I was just wondering if perhaps you didn't have enough time to fully EV train them or something. Thanks for the answer :)

There will be know problem with EV training them, unless maybe you receive it in the level 90s. (If it's at level 100 you can't properly EV it at all).

There are cases where an evolved Pokemon cannot get moves its prevo gets - obtain it evolved and those moves are out of reach unless you breed for a new baby.

Perhaps the biggest issue with traded Pokemon is you have only the trade partner's word the Pokemon is legitimate.

Yeah, I wasn't sure which one was which, haven't done it for a few years now (x

However, if the Pokémon has any of these abilities; Flash Fire, Motor Drive, Volt Absorb or Water Absorb has a Substitute that is hit by a move of the type that activates their ability, the ability effect will still activate.

Okay I understand this but will substitute still break after 25% has been done?
For example, you make a substitute and then get hit for about 10%....you heal to 100%, does the substitute have to do 15% more or does it have to do 25% again?

rotom is not a legendary, let me explain to you.

to get rotom forms, you need a item that can only be acessed by a special event, just like shaymin and oak letter and etc, for that reason the rotom forms are banned on the battle tower, because they are considered event-only pokemons, if you get a starmie from a event or whatever then you can use, since they ban the specific pokemon species, not because of the place they came from.
Eh I don't know much about Sinnoh Pokemon, I keep thinking Spiritomb is legendary too, never paid much attention to them cause I didn't really care about them.

The abilities mentioned cause the attack to be ineffective, meaning that the attack never deals damage.

No effect can restore life points (as I call HP) to a substitute. A substitute's life points can be only reduced by damage from opponents' attacks. Thus, if a substitute that begins with 50 life points loses 30 points from damage, it will fade if it loses 20 more life points.
