So anybody have a useful Adamant Entei moveset? Remember, he now has Crush Claw, Howl, Flare Blitz, and Extreme Speed.
This is incorrect. Though there is heal bell tutor in HGSS, you can't use him to teach it to Dragonite. Dragonite can only learn the move by being purified in Pokemon XD for the Gamecube, meaning Heal Bell is incompatible with 4th gen egg moves.
Altaria, however, can learn Heal Bell, even though it previously received it only after Purification in XD!

My suggestion would be:
Entei - Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Adamant
252 Atk 252 Spe 4 SpD (Special Defense not HP thanks to Stealth Rock weakness and a Choice item means switching often)
Flare Blitz
ExtremeSpeed
And then some combination of Bite, Iron Head, Stone Edge, or Dig (gimmickgimmickgimmick)
For Adamant you would use 24 Special Attack IVs

I'm trying to pick a moveset for my new event Entei!
I don't think Fire/Rock/Steel is resisted by anything other than Swampert and Poliwrath, and ExtremeSpeed probably isn't going to dent Swampert much anyway, and it has 2 SE STABs to smite you with.
So Entei with Flare Blitz, Stone Edge, Extreme Speed, and Iron Head and a Choice Band is the way to go? Or would we be better off with Howl and three attacking moves?
Is there a program that can quickly run through RNG spreads to find a good spread and be able to check for shininess?
I know about the shaym.in's legality checker, but that doesn't run through shinies (useful for IVs, though) and PokeRNG doesn't seem to do anything I asked it to. Seriously, is it supposed to be doing anything after the '.......Done!' ?

I'd personally try a Choice Set before anything, since I'm not sure if Entei would get many chances to Howl unless your team is built specifically to lure out and crush it's checks and counters.
Possible that it's simply because I run Vista and it seemingly can't save files in the same folder as the program but still. I don't want to run as administrator each time (and that doesn't seem to work either, as I tried before).
Would you just be better with three attacking moves, willow-wisp/toxic, and a life orb?

Like what if I had Wobbuffet use counter, but I was hit by both a special and a physical move, would I be able to counter it even if the special attack was after the physical?
