I like Munna's evo kinda..looks so similar to drowzee now that I think Munna is a baby form and then it's a gender tree.

Anyways that beaver rodent thing has grown on me after seeing Sugimori art, the bird is really cool too but I feel it is native american themed

Rankurusu has totally grown on me, and now it gets magic guard? I'm in love, even though pure psychic is meh.
Chatot was pure flying on anouncement, so this one still has a chance to get a second type.

I'm surprised no one's at eachother's necks about whether or not the thing in the middle of Koromori's face is an eye or nose.

where is our mixed bird though? i hope this native-american bird get good mixed stats, like base 110 speed, 105 atack and 90 special atack would be nice. brave bird, heat wave, close combat and filler with whatever move you think its cool.

It's pretty funny that Pokemon Sunday gives us an eagle pokemon the week after July 4th. Wargle used fireworks!
That would be so cool, but its move Free Fall or something like that sounds so cool. Wargle -> " Well I'm just going to lift you 10,000 feet in the air,theeeeeeeeeen..." *lets go of Pokemon* " Let you slowly fall to your death." I dont care what it uses it on,its going to be super effective.

Secondary Effect: User takes Recoil damage

I dunno though .-.

The pokemon community lingo is completely worthless when it comes to actual in-game vocab. Take base stats for example. Despite almost everything you read online, base stats are very definitely NOT the base stats that are listed in the Smogon Pokedex. A pokemon's base stats are its current stats as are read in its Summary in-game. (See: TPCi HGSS Pokedex pg. 134 "Training Tip 2: Use items to raise base stats")

Its very doubtful that they consider recoil to be a secondary effect, and if they did, they would make sure that only relatively weak Pokemon would have that ability + a recoil causing move. Its more likely that the damage will be doubled, but the recoil will either remain the same or also be doubled.

Not gonna lie, that eagle looks like it has loads of potential. Pretty awesome. And I agree with j-squared, it looks pretty USA-worthy to me (although it could be Native American too, I don't see a conflict there, honestly)

Super intensification reveals nostrils.

This thing could be like a physically offensive Togekiss, instead of it's attacks effects being doubled, they're completely negated, and it's stats could be something like 85/120/95/50/80/115

(loltheorymon)

Pokejungle I belive on the front page. I just know I read somewhere that it was a confirmed nose.
...Pokejungle can hardly be considered "proof"... that said, it looks like it's nose to me. His eyes seem hidden by those flaps of feathers/fuzz.

Okay, let's ignore the fact that it has two flaps above the places where it would very likely have eyes, and say that it has a singular pink eye with a pupil that looks like a flattened heart.

Edit: Pokejungle never, not once, claimed that the rumours would be true, all the guy did was provide us with discussion fodder, faces need to be shut.

How is it Native American? It's a freakin' red, white, and blue eagle! Might as well put USA on it and name it Libirdty.

I think its a Harpy Eagle from Panama, or possibly a Monkey-Eating Eagle from the Philippines... Both of which countries have Red, White, and Blue flags and an Eagle as the national bird. You Americans always think everything is about you. :-P

In the Cherokee culture:

- Blue represents the North; cold, defeat and trouble.
- White represents the South; warmth, peace, and happiness.
- Red represents the East; the color of Sacred Fire, blood and success.
- Black represents the West; problems and death.
- Yellow represents trouble and strife.

Its head is a lot like a Native American headdress, too. It could also be another symbol of nature vs. industry, since the Native Americans would seem to represent nature while the USA flag represents industry (in this analogy).

That's really what it looks like to me though--the center thing is the eye. As for the flaps, those look a whole lot more like vestigial arms to me. I suppose we'll see, though.

Edit: After looking at it a bit more, I can see the flaps as being eyes (I have to go a bit cross-eyed to do it, though). The placement (related to the eye/nose thing--it just seems to be too prominent/much in the focus to be a nose, and it being directly in between the eyes, instead of the eyes being a bit above it, combined with me having to go cross-eyed to see the flaps as eyes due to that, all make me think that it isn't a nose) and shape of the flaps still makes me think their vestigial arms, though, but again, I suppose we'll see.
