lolwhy?
Anyone have a page of all the usefull SID's?

because a while back it was found that the lead Pokemon following in HGSS screwed up the advancements made by sweetscent, so to prevent that you should ride your bike so the lead pokemon is no longer following you in the overworld.lolwhy?

You cant really be 100 percent sure i guess unless you frame is 1.Here's a brand new one on me...
I have checked five times now, and have assured myself that my start frame is 4. My target frame is 14. I do 5 journal flips, and have hit frame 13 everytime. How is this happpening?
I am very new to RNGing.
I am trying to RNG Heatran. I have the game saved right in front of him, with the Coin flip Poketch thing turned on. I found that my Delay Range was between 590 and 600, and that my seconds were always 13 (during calibration). In the RNG reporter version 8.30 main window, I click "time finder" tab. Then I select a spread where I want my pokemon to be Calm with 30 or above IVs in every stat but Attack. I set the delay to be between 590 and 610. After a while, the RNG Reporter finds some results, so I click "cancel" because I don't feel like waiting. In my partial results, I see a spread that I like. I click "generate More Times", and It gives me a ton of different times in 2010. I pick 27/08/2010 at 05'16'33. The delay is supposed to be 594 (thats whats written next to the time).
As said in the smogon article about it, I set my DS clock to 05:15:00 when my external clock reaches a new minute. Then turn the DS back on (it automatically turns off when you chaneg the time) and go into the game world. I find myself standing right in front of Heatran. At 05:16:20 (time of my DS) I soft reset (Select+Start+L+R) and click A as fast as I can.
When I reach the game world again, I try the coin flip trick to see if I got it right. It fails. Convinced that it's just a matter of luck I try again - I don't want to capture Heatran at first, because he takes ages without a masterball. I try again several times, and everytime I set my DS clock back to 05:15:00. I keep failing the coin trick. I decide to catch Heatran and feed its into the Seed Finder tab to see my actual delay and seconds. I click "Seed finder" in the main RNG reporter window and write in the stats of my level 50 Heatran. The RNG reporter tells me that my delay is 604 (logical I guess), but that my seconds are 34. Strange, since I went as fast as I coul, as usual.
What am I doing wrong?
Hey guys, I have a problem:
I have a shiny Jolly Magikarp egg, and I'm RNGing its IVs. My target delay is 693, and I've hit 691 a couple of times, according to roamer positions and Elm calls. I have also hit 693 twice, according to roamer positions. However, the Elm calls don't match up once I start calling to advance the frames and further verify my seed.
Yes, I know that roamers cause frames to jump, along with NPCs. Believe me, that's not the problem.

Here is what is going down
~My target time is 18:03:14, my target delay is 619, and my target frame is 42

Any help would be greatly appriciated
What you do when you get the wrong poke is open seed finder, put in your date and time and the IVs of your caught pokemon and hit generate. That will tell you what frame you actually hit. I am doing this. My question is: is the column that says 'Method 1 Frame' the frame that i hit?? because its off by a random amount every time. And i am doing 20 flips so thats 40 frames plus the 2 for the sweet scent pkmn in grass, which reaches the 42 target. That way you can compensate next time. Edit: If you can't get the IVs with an AR, then you have to level up with rare candies and use an IV calc. Since you're soft resetting, you won't lose anything doing this. I have an r4 so i am just IV checking with that.
Did you take roamers into account before this RNG?
I have only beaten 3 badges on this game. No roamers just yet.
So, seed finder has confirmed your delay as being correct? No, i haven't hit my frame yet. That leaves looking down the frame list and seeing which frame you actually landed on by the IVs listed in the frames list. What frame list are you referring to?
Edit: In my first response, I made a mistake up there and meant delay when I wrote frame. Sorry. I'll go fix that post.
Second Edit: Your frame listed in Seed Finder is the method 1 frame, not the method J frame. Okay so i wont worry about this number being off. You look in your list for the method J frame you landed on. Again, what list for method J are you talking about? Seed finder is best for being sure you hit the right delay.
atm you can't use Pandora's Box to find IDs/SIDs for emeraldIf you go into Pandora's Box, you can input the desired shiny PID and it will give you a list of IDs/SIDs that make that PID shiny. I don't know how to do that in Emerald though.
What frame is that?
atm you can't use Pandora's Box to find IDs/SIDs for emerald
not that I heard of, I'm guess it would involve hitting a specific frame while you're entering the game world or at whatever point the ID/SID is generated seeing as the initial seed is always , but unfortunately no one has bothered finding the correlation between frame and ID/SID and posting a program to do this. Of course all the aforementioned is pure speculation on my part.So does anyone know how you can find ID/SIDs for Emerald?

If you are in a lake that means no NPC, but it means there are pokéballs, yeah I know it's ridiculous but those little pokéballs in the game that give you items also affect the RNG i have been in a place with no NPCs and the only thing that was increasing the frames was a pokéball, check the map for those
Before you start advancing the frames, did you check that you correctly landed in your Target Seed?, Verify this with the Coin Flips before you start advancing frames!
PikaTimer Questions
~My inputs: Calibrated delay and Calibrated Second are left alone, as it said. Wanted delay is set at 619 (my target delay). Wanted second is also set at 14 [>[The bolded part is what i am the most unsure of. What should i put in this box?]<]Those are the seconds of your Target Time, ex. 14:54:20 then you would put 20 secs there :)
~When i miss my delay, i put that delay in the 'Other Delay' box and click update. I found that this only adds time to my second timer, which seems to be the time it takes to boot up my game, which i cant control since i'm button mashing That's the time you have to wait instead of the 14 sec. for ex. if the Updated time says 19.9secs then you wait until that time hits 0 at 19.9secs
