Challenge The Scramble Challange

Eradd, you missed a couple of conditions in your recap. First you forgot to mention that bidoof must have both defense curl and amnesia to evolve. Also you missinterpreted the meditite challenge as your elemental punch must be YOUR ONLY PHYSICAL MOVE.

@Errad

Monferno has to beat Evire with a blaze boosted Flareblitz, not just any move (lol sorry, kinda just watched the conclusion of the paul vs ash battle and thats how ash won :P)

@Eradd: Bring a Wingull, name is Paradox808.
It may not evolve into Pelipper until it learns Fly. Once it evolves it's only attacking moves allowed are HMs. It must be used against at least 2 of Volkners pokemon

Meditite (Useless)
Only knows one elemental punch, and no psychic. (Move set will be in the end, Ice Punch, Zen Headbutt, Hi Jump Kick, Drain Punch or instead of the two latter, focus punch and substitute)

My challenge was elemental punch as ONLY PHYSICAL MOVE so you can rethink the move set

Uhhh... Pelipper only learns 3 HMs in the game.

Edit: And which pokemon do I have to use pokesav on? I think Pelipper isn't in the Platinum Dex

Edit: And @the Chimchar person, do you mean that Chimchar must evolve right AFTER it sweeps the rival or can it evolve at any point after it beats the rival with blaze.

@eraddd

you can evolve your chimchar at anypoint after you sweep your rival while in blaze mode.

oh and wingull is in the platinum dex. no need to sav it.

It said HMs can be its only ATTACKING moves, so you can give it roost, tailwind, or something else along those lines.

Also, you guys did a REALLY good job at loophole-proofing my team. I'll go through the details in my next update.

Wow, you guys gave him pelipper after I already gave him bibarel? That's just mean. I agree, that's a ridiculous list of challenges, though as my long-ass post describes in detail, I think at least mine is doable (btw, am I the only one who tries to think about how I would accomplish other people's challenges?). Honestly, the no dark type houndour giratina solo is like WTF, as is the lulzy medicham. The elite 4 is gonna be hell.

I wouldn't even want to think about your challenge. You are one unlucky critical hit away, in those 15 turns, from being destroyed by that Bronzong anyway, so the entire thing is really really unfair.

EddieD was correct, as far as attacking moves go; I meant that any move that does damage must be an HM. Also, Pelipper is most certainly in the Platinum Dex.

I am not losing it, zdrup15, i've just been busy hacking Smeargles and sh*t, and haven't had much time to worry about someone's stupid Scramble. That said, Eraddd, you technically aren't allowed to refuse any pokemon unless you stated in your first post for a challenge, which pokemon you didn't want. As punishment, now GreenSlut will have to never become Gardevoir, and if you choose to learn Psychic, then all of it's other moves must be non-damaging.

If you don't like this challenge, too bad. You're stuck with it. Blame zdrup for reminding me.

Treadshot, that's so cruel, his challenge was borderline impossible anyway. He has an infernape and a pelliper with shit movepools and a medicham and a bibarel with even worse ones. His only decent pokemon besides yours was gonna be the houndoom, but unless he figure out a way to solo giratina w/out dark moves it would likely have been stuck as a houndour anyway. Now your condemning him to a krilla? This is possibly the hardest challenge list ever given out on this site.

Umm...

Houndour could just Toxic stall Giratina. Six turns ain't that much. Five if you lop off some HP while stalling.

Also, Lolcat's not gonna miss ruining the next person's Scramble, seems the difficulty just got cranked up to 11.5!

Also, Hypnosis, Calm Mind, Psychic, Double Team isn't a terrible moveset...

If Ash can do it, so can he! in all honesty though the challenge is one of the harder ones in the thread. Houndoom can learn shad ball so that doesn't seem too bad of a challenge (granted it somehow survives ancient powers). and a possible loophole is that he said dark type attack, so nastyplot could be of help.

since treadshot is being a jackass and beefing up your challenge, then for my challenge you can have two free moves of your choice on infernape, but the other two have to be known by Ash's (and you still have to kill Evire with blaze boosted Flare Blitz.)

@treadshot
he sort of has the right to refuse dratini, since in doing so he would have to either trade (but he didnt say he had other 4th gen emulators that have been completed already) or use a hacking device of some kind to be able to get one. we havent required for someone to hack for a poke unless they said in their opener that they would hack for pokes. just cause he's using an emulator shouldnt be the reason why we're allowed to give him certain pokes. but if you want to be uber strict about it you can just enforce rule 6 on him until he gives >___>

humm, I agree my challenge is tough but it's not impossible. Anyway eradd, if you want to make it much easier, you can use drain punch. But let me say I gave you an average challenge considering I had to use gastly and mainly stantler on the E4 (this guy could only kill a poke) and I still had fun

So i felt like being a jerk and making his challenge nigh impossible. So what? Look, it's not nearly as bad as some of the other Ralts i've given out who had level restrictions on Gardevoir as well (like, 6 levels after Kirlia, and at Mossdeep, etc.). The name might have been slightly worse, but then again IWantWish! wasn't that great a name either.

Oh, and i'll be nice. Eraddd, you can either take the beefed up crazy hard Kirlia, or you can take the easy way out: Pachirisu called Stubborn. Only electric moves, must have pickup, you may use the items it picks up.

Lol, and this is the EASY WAY OUT. I guess his challenge is ok right now.

Since we are already helping him with his ridiculous challenges, just teach Houndour Shadow Ball for Giratina. You can get it on Route 210 with Rock Smash.

Assuming he's allowed to refuse Dratini, I give Eradd a Gible named "Loan Shark". You may only use it against the Elite Four if it soloes Volkner without using Earthquake. Its final moveset must consist of two STAB moves, Swords Dance, and either Fire Blast, Protect, or Substitute.

That should make things easier.

Quiet! For all he knows, Electric only Pachirisu is the easier challenge, and rightfully so. Now, nobody tell him. That means you, zdrup, don't tell him, and hopefully Paradox shuts up as well. Then we can all watch and laugh...
