That last gif is a pretty good representation of my thoughts. It's not that they don't look like a pokemon/whatever, it's that no pokemon has ever been drawn THIS badly. <__<

Edit: WTF is that bottom thing?!
 
If these are real then I rebuff the fire type as my go-to starter. Fucking hideous sprite, though the water one becomes significantly cooler. The grass one looks like milotic had sex with a plant.

CRASHiC makes excellent points, combined with the fact that there really isn't any proof for it being real besides 'our sources said so'.

Yeah, I'm 100% positive that these are all fake from everything Crashic has posted, now.

I'm actually more excited to see how Serebii and Pokexperto handle the massive backlass coming their way.

Yeah, I much prefer pokejungle's style to serebii's. Posting everything, even rumours, but always saying they could be fake is better than only posting super official stuff. Or stuff that serebii thinks is official XD

Couldn't agree more. Pokejungle just seems so much more "laid back." Serebii I might dare to compare to a diva.
 
Honestly Pokejungle just brings the news and that's that. Best website out there I think. Hell they even have a mobile site for ipods/iphones!

Edit: Well Pokejungle's not bad. I don't care about alot of the stuff they post about though. Pokejungle's website is really simple too.

I wonder why...? Really, that thing is hideous. It looks like a 5 year old drew it. There was a gif analysis a page back that showed it has the same body structure and legs as Lickilicky, but with the head chopped off and a face drawn on the blob. Do you like Lickilicky? I would place that thing on the same level as Probopass and Spinda. The final evolution looks amazing compared to it.

BTW, CRASHiC, you're awesome. That last analysis you posted about Umbreon man's pant cuff was pretty crazy. Such Controversy! I've actually started to appreciate Pokabu and Mijumaru's final evos, but I'm still really hoping/thinking they're fake because Smuglord absolutely sucks. The gif analysis showed exactly what was bothering me about the "cuffs" coming from it's neck. Like the rest of the design, they just seem poorly concieved, bland, and pointless. Both of the suggested alternate cuff designs are great, I'd much prefer them. It does seem like the artist couldn't make up his mind about the design, and the whole thing comes out looking strange, incomplete and just horribly drawn and colored.
 
The fake evo I like the best is Mijumaru's. I don't think that it fits in with Mijumaru's line, but I think it would be a pretty awesome Pokemon by itself. The other two can go I just really don't like, especially "Smuglord." That thing looks ridiculous; the color scheme is terrible. Most of the fan art was waaaaaay better. Sorry about the length and rant over.

I think we're all finally in the right state of mind to discuss how 9/11 was caused by reptilian Americans...

Some of this speculation is ludicrous. Seriously, the GIF with the grass starters eye? His pupil is there for artistic reasons. Try really hard and you too can drastically alter the position of your pupil in relation to the centre of your face.

If they're fake then they're great fakes, and everyone will get used to them anyway.
 
I think they are fake because it's just the perfect time to release fakes like that.

People who create fakes want us to be discussing about them and that's what's happening...besides no one can give us the sources.
 
Crashic makes a very good point about the tail there. There are two main reasons why I think these are fake:
1) Pokabu's evolutions are bipedal, and the final one wears a champion belt. It's been made to look like a Fire/Fighting type, and I doubt GF would do that to us, especially given we know Pokabu knows at least one Dark-type move.
2) Mijumaru's final evolution is a big step away from Miju. He doesn't resemble a Water/Fighting type, and GF have never used that shade of blue on a pokemon before.
