Fanart of the Water/Ghost type (Fully evolved). It's based on a Jellyfish... Apparently has an alternate form that is pink with different tentacles.
 
So when you guys actually get your hands on this game, are you going to play it for the aesthetic or the competitive aspect of it? I don't know about you guys, but since there isn't enough competitive information to go around the Black/White Pokemon, I'm going with what looks good and what not. Kind of like what I did when I ran a team of Drifblim and Mesprit and some other arbitrary mixes of OU and UU pokemon.

That deer is SO going on my team just because of the Winter form.

I have been waiting for water/fire combo since gen 2, and I hella thought latios and latias were alt forms for lapras. I was hella excited lol.
 
i am gonna play to have fun. we dont got enough competitive information for anything else but testing stuff out on the game to find out what does what. competitive for BW will probably start about 30 days after the game release or maybe even more.


i bet the bull got a move that you get a random free item from the inside of his afro. any user with the guts to insult the afro bull with suffer severe consequences from his amazing afro.
 
I'm gonna play with as many pokes as I can, I'm doing it right now for HG/SS. Its slow and arduous but it gives a nice challenge to the game without going crazy (nuzlocke ^_^ I'm a whimp when it comes to my special games, might nuzlocke platinum or HG/SS when I get B/W but I wont do it for B/W)
 
I'm definitely playing B/W just to have my sadistic fun with it, honestly. Who cares if people hate the monkeys? I think they're hilarious, and would probably be forced to use one down the line. I'm getting Black, because I think Gochiruzeru's awesome. Rankurusu looks ehh, so screw 'em.

Really, B/W, like all the paired games in the beginning of the gen, will be my whole "Hey, let's have some happy-happy fun time!" with the game, and I say screw the haters/chastiers/critics/whatever, I wanna use what I want, and just laugh at how stupid I am when playing it (Seriously, I still like Sunflora, and still remember using it against Tucker in Emerald. Good times, good times.)
 
Like all pokemon games that I play the first time, I'm going to try and catch every single one that I come across. I play for fun, and experimenting with different pokemon is the funnest part of the game in my opinion. One thing that I really hope for is expanding on Combination Attacks; right now only the starters have attacks that can be combo'd. I look forward to see where they go with this concept.

Oh my God, Jellywisp is absolutely adorable ♥. Between him and Elecchula, Gen V is hitting this right out of the fucking ballpark.

The starters are less than perfect, but adequate in-game but who cares because the rest of the designs and types revealed thus far are GORGEOUS.

It's funny because just a week ago most people were shitting bricks about FutaOtter's ears not being as pointed in the anime concept art as was in the fanart, and immediately started screaming fake based on inconsistent shading on Janobii's underbelly among other fanmade GameFAQS .gifs.
 
I have to know, would anyone here be interested in pictures of the Pokemon Centers in Japan? They'll have some cool B/W stuff going on and I'll be there about 2 weeks from today. I'm also picking up my copy of Black.

Yeah it does. even on the first gen.

Anyways, I can almost see my team now:
Water starter
Leaf bug pokemon
Deer pokemon
Kibago

Although, I do want to use Denchura. It looks so cool.
 
Yeah, this will probably be the best Gen to Nuzlocke since there are no fucking Geodudes and Zigzagoons to ruin everything forever.

With the exception of the Pidgeon, I think every Pokemon leaked so far is pretty cool in its own way. The Pidgeon...had better fucking evolve into something more badass than Wargle otherwise I will never ever ever catch it. Not even for my Pokedex.
