Yeah I'm pretty sure it is region locked. That's why I'm waiting for the UK version rather than the US version like I usually do, so I can use decent wifi when I get a 3DS rather than my wifi usb adaptor which hardly ever works.

I know that playing the japanese game on a US DSi is possible. I want to know if the features can be played on them. No one can prove that it won't work until the game actually comes out. Even though it's DSi-enhanced, it doesn't necessarily mean that the features are only playable on a JAP NDSi.

Firsr off, as BW won't be implemented to Shoddy 2 (from wha I hear), when and to what program will it be put on. I guess what I'm asking is will we be able to play BW on the Shoddy substitute, by 2011 or later.
My next question is when will we start writing analyse and will their be a thread for reserving certain pokemon? If yes then when?

I heard it will be able to be transferred to shoddy 2 with minor changes, but we first have to change some mechanics, moves, etc. I think shoddy 2 will have multiple gens, so this will ease in.
I'm guessing after a way to test them emerges, and we learn about the new items, moves, bst, etc.
1. It will be implemented when the programmers have time. Shoddy 2 is in private beta stages right now and looks great. It will take some time to implement it but hopefully it gets up fast. I can't give you an ETA, unfortunately.
2. Don't know, but sometime after the game comes after. There will be a notice in C&C about the process.

No but we will have them by the end of the week for sure.
I suppose it will once someone writes them. But people write them and submit them to C&C long before they go to the Strategy Dex. You're probably going to have to either check there or make your own sets, when the time comes.
No. With Diamond and Pearl, there was a restricted forum much like Policy Review set up where preliminary analyses were created and stored which you'll be able to read. They likely won't go up on the main site until some more testing is done.
True, but in reply to whoever you replied to, it's unlikely that say, Garchomp will suddenly become the most effective wall in the game. Therefore, many of your current pokes may be effective, this is more likely to change based on moves over anything else.
