Erm, still wondering what Gym badges give use to certain HMs.

I know you have use of Strength and Fly before the 7th gym (saw it in a walkthrough, but they skip so much in the game.)

Go to the desert. I think it's called route 4. There is a Castle type of thing, and some stairs surrounded by statues. Go to the entrance of the statues, and there will be some quick sand. This is the right place, keep exploring this and you will get a call from the professor. Then you go to the museum, in the town you get the 2nd badge.

pro tip: to avoid falling into the sand, walk slowly. it took me ages to figure out how not to fall.

And Serebii doesn't list a location for TM59 (Dragon Pulse) so I'm wondering where that is too.

My other question is, for the Thunderbolt location it says "P2 Lab" (Araragi's Lab) but when I talk to that guy in the lab, he says something about "24" and then something about "600" but I don't get a TM. anyone know what this means?
 
Is the "Acid Rain" glitch still in B/W? As in, Pursuit is used to KO something when it tries to switch out while a weather effect that isn't Rain is active and the weather glitches.

P2 Lab isn't Araragi's lab, it is in the area that is surfable to the left of route 1. There is a surf route and a bit of a maze and at the end there is a lab of sorts. The Thunderbolt TM is outside of this building to the south a bit.

To answer your question however, I'm not sure what this guy is talking about but I think it may have something to do with the pokedex. Araragi seems to mention pokemon seen, while this guy I think does the pokemon caught. Not sure about that however.
 
Okay in the route upwards of the 5th gym's town, there's this lab. One guy gave me a big speech and then after selecting yes there's a screen prompting me to pick a pokemon from my party. What does he do?
 
how early in the game can the first form (hitomishi? sp?) of the fire/ghost chandalier be found as in how badges will i have when i obtain it and also is a dusk stone available before the elite 4?

You'll have 5 badges by the time you can find it. And yes, they are.

iirc, it was in the Cold Container.
 
Has anyone found these wings that apparently give your pokemon evs? One is called Wisdom Wing. Its listed on serebii's list of items for black and white
 
Do they Swimming Goggles even exist..? I checked the BW sav for the Romaji "Suimingu goguru" and it won't come up. Isn't on Serebii, either.

I have some of them. You can find them while walking on bridges- wait for a "flapping" sound and step on the shadow that'll appear on the floor.
