Yeah, 31/31/31/30/31/31 is HP electric when the IVs are listed in order of HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpDef/Spe. The IV sequence you found listed them HP/Atk/Def/Spe/SpA/SpDef. So, in that order the IVs would appear, 31/31/31/31/30/31. :)

It's male. I guess I messed up when I posted the info for it. 1) It's shiny. 2) It has EQ instead of Surf - but obviously that is easy to change.
