Gold/Silver sprites revamped to 5th Gen style.

Here's my miserable attempt at a fakemon, completely scratched. How can I make it better?

I call it Bronchdon, he's a new fossilmon.

I love the concept, but the head needs some work. But the rest is great! :)

Hey, is this sprite OK? I haven't sprited in a while, so I might start fresh again.
I hope it's not TERRIBLE:

Constructive cricticizm is greatly appreciated. :)
EDIT:Pre evo added

@ Albinoloon - I like the overall concept but the shading could use some work, especially on the prevo. Perhaps use a different colour for the marking on the wood?

@ Charzaro - Not bad, but the outline is very jagged in parts, especially the face. The shading could do with a bit of tweaking too, I guess.

Really? Really? Just...just...no. It's not even a well done sprite to make up for that. And it's a jpeg. I mean, what were you hoping to contribute with it? I mean, really? "A new mon" was just a lame excuse for drawing a penis

@ Homeslice - I think that the Lugia is rather good, but the problem is that some of the shading on the outline looks a bit off like on the oulines that are in shadow being the lighter outline shade instead of the darker one or black, like on the B/W sprite that you should be mimicking. You should also consider using darker shades of outline on the bits of the sprite where one part passes in front of another, as it makes the sprite look much more defined rather than looking kind of blurred.

I shouldn't be "mimicking the 5th gen sprite." The poses are completely different and the light source is coming from the same place, so they should look different but still have similarities, mostly in the front. That's exactly what I did. I think you need to brush up on your coloring knowledge.

There's the generic egg from 4th gen floating around the web, I use gtsplus.net for my 4th gen spriting needs. It's fun to try and create an egg like shape just using the pokemon, without scratching/finding an actual egg.

Thanks! That's my first dithered sprite! :)The prevo is soon to come!
Btw, I looked it up, and it's a leafhopper.

EDIT: Here's the prevo.

Hope it's just as good as the first! :)

A learhopper is a small bug that umm.. eats leaves(?) Anyways, it hops away in the blink of an eye if disturbed.

Just a slight flavor remark, Albinoloon. It doesn't seem like the prevo should have more colors in its scheme than the final stage, without having a completely different scheme. I think that if you could incorporate the blue into the final form that would be cooler, but technically speaking, both sprites look really good. I mean, it's just my personal view with the coloring, so do with it what you will.

Oh, ok, I'll be sure to incorpirate the blue in the final evo!
Btw, I've posted the base stats and abilities in my album.

EDIT:
