Yilx first place artist

Oh its my pleasure, i don't expect a long response- you're busy enough already! ^^
I just feel since you produce so much for the forums that you at least deserve some constructive feedback every so often. And once again, please do not rush to finish my request, if you are overwhelmed it's the first one you can feel free to drop :3
 
I looked through all the images in the first post, and you've got some truly badass work here, where even the most adorable species becomes sinister through your vision. Personal favorites are Abomasnow, Omastar and Drapion. And I don't even like Drapion!

Many images are deploying a black background though, so even if you make great use of lighting and other sparkling battle effects, some variety in their environment could be a good thing (like in the Milotic/Gyarados combo). Although one drawback to that would be how there would no longer be a dark background emphasizing the evil/serious theme most of the pictures are running.

Regardless, you have mad style and a stunning imagery to prove it. Great work.

In case I'm allowed to post a request:

Imagine the normal Rotom (not any of the appliances) was able to learn Nasty Plot.
Could you draw me a picture of a Shiny Rotom that is... plotting nasty things?
Like, with a cunning grin, but still having that "cute" look in his eyes?

While I'm biased at this thread containing no ninetales, it...it's simply awesome. I look forward to anything else you'll create in the future.

I can try that, but I usually employ it to bring out the 'glow' or 'aura' that I feel brings out the Pokemon 'out' of the picture...

You have some awesome art Yilx. I especially like that Landlos! If he ever gets a suspect thread that pic should be in the opening post.
 
Sorry about the lack of updates this week, but I don't feel very well and I was working on something for the smog. I'll post WIP again if I can manage...

Haha, I love how your Espeon is in darkness and your Umbreon is in sunlight! I know you have more requests than most radio stations get in a week, but I have one if you don't mind! I want a picture of Urugamosu fighting a Zuruzukin, which I know is a little weird, so if you don't want to take it I'm fine with that.
