Dream World is an online minigame platform (on PC), I guess is how you'd describe it, where you accumulate points in the games and if you score highly enough you unlock certain pokemon, who will then appear in your BW game with their DW Ability.

Heavy Rain is Serebii's way of saying Rain, caused by Drizzle pokemon switching in, or Rain Dance being used.

1.http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/dreamworld.shtml

2. Heavy Rain is just Rain, People sometimes refer to Heavy Rain when its called by Drizzle instead of Rain Dance, but there is no difference when it comes to the actual effects.

Thanks. Reading about the dream world on serebii makes it seem like a facebook game. Can I start watering berries or do I have to wait until I get black/white? Did I also read correctly that you can only send 50 pokemon from DW to your game ever?

Even so, he might not be playing on the Smogon server, and the same logic presumably applies to Sand Throw/Chlorophyll. Actually, I'm curious as to how that works as well.

Here's something I've always wondered. If I use toxic on a pokemon, they take 1/16, then 2/16, etc. If I poison them it's always 1/8. If I use toxic, and a pokemon switches out, does the game remember it is toxic and not poison?

Pokemon B/W are comming out in English soon, but the DW wont be available for a little while (they need time to prepare, to make sure it wont crash). I'm still not sure how this "_____ pokemon has(n't) been released" thing goes; Serebii and most of the other sites I've seen typically describes the DW as having a bunch of random pokemon with set alt. abilities and attacks. I had no idea cirtain pokemon would/wouldn't be available right away.
My question is, I guess, where can I read about how this really works; and once the US B/W Dream World comes out, will Female Regen Slowbro be available? It's the only DW ability I have a current interest in.

Would a strategy like this work at all:

At some point in a battle send out Chandelure and trap a physical attacker (assuming DW is out). Then Switch to Cofagrigus and absorb the physical attack and give the attacker mummy when s/he hits Cofagirgus. Next switch to Slacking and pursuit the physical attacker, that way you get mummy even if they switch out since pursuit is physical.

Would it just be gg since slaking loses Truant and has great stats or would it more likely fail since half your team is dependant on delivering mummy?

Better, just have Cofagrigus use Mean Look. Or, (but this one would be almost a complete waste of a team slot) switch in a level 1 Yamask on a physical contact move. Yamask goes down, foe acquires Mummy, you send in Slaking and use Pursuit.

What exactly makes a HP number a good life orb number? I was wondering because I'm trying to decide between going for 31 or 30 HP for HP Ice Event Raikou, which I'm probably going to use a LIfe Orb on.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you want one less than a multiple of ten, since the damage rounds down.
