If only it didn't lose it when it evolved...and nothing else in Gen V has it.

Not sure if that is really a bug... but rather intended. When I was in that tower where ghost pokemon attack, if you tab the B button, the trainers in there turn away from you...

~Jolly Golurk @ Bulldoze, Strength (i miss Magnitude), Fly, Brick Break (hoping for a Ghost physical...)

Backups are a Heatmor, Durant (Lv 54, eh), Swanna, Archeops, Fraxure, Scrafty, and a Klinklang.

Gonna get my levels to 60 and have five Pokes decided to get the game's legend sooner if that is how it works.
 
How do I get to P2 Laboratory?

Sorry if I sound a little bit noob but for what are boats on Castelia?

I already beat the game. The sages also. Is there anything left to do?

P2 Lab @ Surf west, from Route 1

-Boat at Unity Pier, takes to Unity Tower
-Black boat is Plasma's, disappears (?) if the Liberty Pass Victini "event" has been completed (captured Victini)
-large boat access opened on E4 defeated, probably

I think that's really "it" if you have no interest in filling out the Pokedex, getting TMs, or doing the Abyssal Ruins for cash and stuff.
 
I'm at Black City....are these trainers here for....EV Training or something? ^_^' I don't get why you can keep battling em! XD

The trainers are there, rather hilariously, to fill your pokedex.

This is why you don't buy black, which has level 30 trainers instead of dozens of level 5 last gen pokes....

My reason to buy Black was that I like Tornadus more than Thundurus (other version exclusives except the dragon are pretty trivial to get from the GTS, so I didn't care about them either way). My reason to buy White was that White Forest looks so incredibly more useful than Black City. Thus, I got White.

Trust me, that's their purpose. If you trade (I think) enough, they start to change and more trainers join your forest. That's it.

Again, I'm serious. Black City is that useless...

Some of the trainers have upper level Pokemon.
So at least you have a constant source of upper-tier exp?

He simply doesnt hit hard enough to be effective and doesnt take hits well enough to tank.

If I get a good suggestion on what to replace him with, I'll dump him and begin my grind of the new guy

You could probably opt for a Timbur(for Roobushin...I mean Conkelderp), or better yet, a Zebstrika. You can find Zebstrika in the mid-30s north of Mistralton city for convenience of higher level and availability.

(btw, is anyone else upset by the fact that you can find fully evolved mons like Doryuuzu/Excadrill, Zebstrika, Cofagrigus, Krookadile, etc? Seems a bit...easy, I guess, to get them...)
 
I was really planning on not using Chandelure during my White playthrough, just to try out something that fewer people were using... that is, until I ran into a shiny Litwick on my way down from the Celestial Tower. It's my first non-Gyarados shiny ever, and still in the story part of the game to boot, so I'm pretty pumped.

So, now I'm running Samurott / Shiny Chandelure / Scrafty / Eelektrik / Reuniclus / Pawniard, possibly looking for something to replace Pawniard since a 4x fighting weakness is just about a deal-breaker in this region.
 
I'm loving this game even more now that I can read it. lol

I'm also taking my time through this run and just enjoying the game. Right now, I'm about to face Clay, I shouldn't have any trouble with him. Here's my team as of now:
Serperior(lv. 36)
Tirtouga(lv.34)
Krokorok(lv.34)
Swoobat(lv.35)

I'm really loving Swoobat. With out it, I would of had major trouble with Burgh. I trouble I had was with Lenora; only lost to her once.

Chanderlure is my favourite in-game fire type. I am so jealous of your shiny one!

I have a horrible feeling my first BW shiny will be an Audino lol...
 
Darumaka tears shit up right from the start. It blitzed through Burgh's gym by just outspeeding and OHKOing everything (except for the single Dwebble and Burgh'r Whirlipede). Only had to use one Super Potion. Gained 7 levels in the progress.

Edit: Just checked Darumakas IVs, and while it has 31 Spe and SpAtk, it only has 4 Atk. Luckily I have PokéSAV *cheats*

If you have a Pokémon with Flame Body AND Flash Fire it takes half the time, but yeah it was clogging up my party for a while before it hatched.

Also, dunno if this is old news, if you save your game at 23:59 in front of an electric sign you can soft reset to get to the swarm you want. I remember in SS having to do stupid shit to the clock so that's pretty cool; I got my Smeargle. Also works for fossils off that fossil guy.

I actually want a shiny Audino, they're cute. I was breeding for 2 days trying to get a shiny Litwick, took a moment out to breed a Poliwag for some guy on GTS, fucking second one I hatched was shiny ffs
 
I was kind of skeptical about this game at first but I'm loving it now. I've got my 7th badge and can't seem to put this game down. The story is actually interesting for once. :o
