I have a request rahter than a question. Would someone trade my gurdurr back and forth so that I have a conkeldurr? So to avoid misunderstandings. After the first trade, I want my gurdurr/conkeldurr BACK.

Those first two are up for personal interpretation. If take the most stringent stance and think 'legit' means 'not touched or affected by out-of-game alterations', then no. If you take the loosest definition and think 'legit' means 'not outside of in-game possibilities', then sure. Just keep in mind there is a lot of room between those two definitions, and you need to figure out where you stand.
 
I have a level 1 Litwick holding a lucky egg. Now, if I sent Litwick out to battle a level 66 Wailord, but switch it out with my stronger pokemon, will Litwick receive Wailord's ev values, or will the pokemon who beat it receive the values and Litwick just levels up?

As far as I know all pokemon who participate in the fight receive the designated ev's. So yes he should.

They will both receive the EVs. Also, you might want to try to knock your stronger pokemon out at the same time you faint that wailord, with explosion or recoil or something, to get the most exp. You only get one shot at that huge gain level 1 pokemon get, might as well make the most of it.

Any Pokémon that faces the Wailord will get a full share of the EVs. So yes, Litwick will get EVs and a lot of levels.

In replace of what though. It's a viable move regardless with it's Stab and meta's decent attack and the influx of potential fighting type leads now days.. But it depends if you have the spot in your move set and what else are you thinking for as the three other moves?
 
How can I trade my Platinum Pokes to my Black game?
If I use Pokesav to save one of my HG pokemon as .pkm files and load them into a Pokemon Black ROM will it count as legit?
I asked a similar question before but I just want to be sure.

Depends on your luck really. On avarage if you want a shiny + good natured / IV'ed one, 2 years (4 hours a day).

You'll need two DS's for this. One with Black, one with Platinum.
On Black go to the Transfer Lab (next to Black city). Inside, spreak to the guy at the top. On the DS with Platinum you'll to use Download play and Download Black. You'll play a little minigame on the Platinum DS, where you need to catch the pokemon. Once catch you'll turn off your Platinum DS, and your pokemon are in Black.

So you need two DSz, and you cant trade over Wi-Fi?

ok after raikou i'm having difficulty with my adamant event entei, with these ivs

Entei - #244 (Adamant)
HP: 24 - 26
Att: 26
Def: 4 - 6
SpA: 21, 23
SpD: 24, 26
Speed: 18

i thinkt he speed is just less than base 97 effectively. what speed tier should i try and outrun? max neutral 95s? max + nature 90s?
 
I have a question regarding HP EVs and Stealth Rock.

I just hatched a Litwick and I'm unsure if putting my extra EV into HP would be a good idea. I searched Google and the site and couldn't seem to find an answer.

The Litwick has a imperfect HP IV of 12.
 
I'm planning on doing a tournament following the current rules(it's slated for may.) as far as i know, SB Blaze will not be available by then. so should I just have it so Speed Boost Blaze is banned?
