What is a good link for finding out how to build a good team for Wifi (NOT the simulator?) Marriland's is okay at first, but fails to take into account stuff like Rotom forms, which I often use. Rate My Team is also for people who've already picked 6 Pokemon. . .

I don't know how to RNG properly, so legendaries are mostly out of the question for me.

A question, what EVs and nature would go on a Zorua set like:
Zorua @ Eviolite
Nature needed
EVs needed
Foul Play
Swagger
Counter
Sucker Punch

Any suggestions?

How does a Pokémon get the following locations: Faraway Place, Lovely Place, Distant Land, Mystery Zone, Stranger

The reason I'm asking about locations is that I'm trying to figure out if there's a single location that you could legitimately get any Pokémon from. As in: If you're using a team of legendary and non-legendary Pokémon, would it be possible for all of them to legitimately have the same location?

Faraway Place - Johto, Assuming you're playing DPPt

Lovely Place - PBR

Distant Land - Colloseum or XD Gale of Darkness

Mystery Zone - Special Event(?) or Cheating (I.E. Using the Walk through walls AR code and hatching an egg while doing so)

Stranger - Not sure...

About my Zorua question...mine is Bold and has a 12 Special Defense IV, which I don't care about since it's low anyways, but the HP is 26, and Defense in general is a 31. What EVs should I put on one that uses Eviolite?

I'm assuming it's not for LC. Based on your opinion and IVs, you should go ahead and maximize Defense and HP, especially since your set doesn't really need Speed or Attack all that much

There's a breakout like game on the Pokemon website. If you're logged into your Pokemon Trainer Club account, you'll win an Eeveelution if you beat all four levels. But you have to wait until Dream World is released to actually get it into Black/White.

Any ideas for mixed attackers?? IDC tier or gen. Sets would be nice but if you just have the mons I can work with that.

Thanks! But the site is seemingly down for maintenance, so I guess I'll have to wait...

Dragonite makes a decent mixed attacker.
Tyranitar is another
Jirachi.
Kingdra
Charizard.

I could give sets but everybody has their own ideas so it's best to work out your own.

Hey guys,

Just wondering what is the easiest way to get a Pawniard with Sucker Punch? I traded over a Croagunk and tried to breed it but it said the two didn't really like each other. Do I need to have them both evolved? I also have a Cacturne with Sucker Punch but no Spinda.

Does Victini's ability, Victory star, work in single battles if I have another pokemon out? So would it boost a Ninetales' Fire Blast if it isn't in?

And if it does, is this feature on Pokemon Online?

Can someone rate this Pokemon?

Cofagrigus @ Rocky Helmet
Bold
252 HP/200 Def/52 SpD
Will-O-Wisp
Calm Mind
Rest
Shadow Ball

Okay, Calm Mind on special attackers, and Will-O-Wisp on physical attackers, like Scizor or Breloom. After Will-O-Wisping, Calm Mind some boosts, and Rest if needed. You get the gist. Rocky Helmet to deal a bit of damage while setting up on physical attackers.

imapedarsag:

Yes, my testing shows Victory Star works even if the Pokemon with Victory Star is not active in battle. Moreover, this ability is cumulative with multiple instances of Victory Star in the same party.

So probably a dumb question, my Darmantian just learned Flame Charge yet I have yet to get the "Your Darmantian's Speed rose". Now bulbapedia says Sheer Force doesn't affect it and I'm pretty sure it doesn't but I dunno whats going on. Probably something stupid I've overlooked but I wanted to ask nonetheless.

Joeyboy:

Sheer Force prevents additional effects of Darmanitan's attacks from occurring. My description for Flame Charge reads:

"May increase user's Speed by 1 stage."

The word "may" in the description indicates an additional effect. That word also signals that the power of Flame Charge will be boosted with Sheer Force.

Flame Charge's secondary effect is bosting Speed 1 level, so Sheer Force takes effect, negating the speed boost, and boosting power at the same time. Note that Sheer Force only works on "positive" effects, like Speed boosts, but don't work on "negative" effects, like the stat recoil from Superpower.

Why is Blaziken in the Uber Tier now? I've been away from Pokemon for quite a while and I've only just came back.

Blaziken obtained a new ability in the Dream World called Speed Boost. Apparently this warrants it (Speed Boost Blaziken) to be banned from general game and moved to the Ubers Category.
